The room is small and basic but it’s clean and comfortable so perfect for the price. Location is perfect if you’re looking for central. Central means a bit noisey outside but that didn’t bother us. Easy to find and check in. All details sent were clear and helpful.
Nothing I didn’t like, just not giving high stars as it is a basic set up. But it’s priced as basic so that’s ok!

Staff in the pub were super helpful with holding our bags, the checkin was smooth. Room was a little cramped but thats to be expected in this sort of setup. The location is unbeatable and I thought the price was fair based on that.
It didnt bother us, but it wouldnt be for light or sensitive sleepers, the room points right out on to eyre square so it can be rowdy at night expecially with Fibbers next door.

Location was fantastic - beside Eyre Square. Bed was very comfortable and spotless.
Shower was really tiny and leaked a little - wetting the floor from constant drip. Room window opened directly on to main road so was noisy. I could have shut window and double glazing would have reduced noise considerably - but I wanted fresh air - so my choice.
