Location was perfect. Close to trains and buses. Right on Eyre Square so great for pubs shops and restaurants

The room was quite small but the bed was very comfortable with good quality duvet and sheets. Cleanliness was immaculate. When I arrived, I got the instructions for the codes to get to my room on my phone. I checked in by myself. Here are a few suggestions for future improvement: you should have a glass (for water) by the bed, which is standard in most B&B's/ hotels. Also, having a bin in the room or bathroom would be useful. I must commend your staff, especially Sarah, who was fantastic when I spoke to her to tell her I'd checked in, and might be fairly late back to my room (as I was attending a festival). She was so kind and even gave me her mobile number in case I got stuck and couldn't get into my room. These things make a huge difference so thank you. I would come back :)
Needed a bin, water glass and fix the lights on main corridor (as you ascend the stairs - they are steep!)
