A nice location with a short walk into town. The breakfasts were exceptional!

We had a lovely stay. Perfect B&B clean and cozy. We parked our car and walked around town in the evenings, lots of restaurants, shops and pubs near by. Our hosts were kind and courteous.

The guest house is in a very convenient location, just a pleasant 10-minute walk from Galway city centre. The staff was also very kind and responsive: when we asked to turn the heating back on in the evening because we were feeling cold, they accommodated our request immediately.
Unfortunately, there were several details that didn't meet our expectations. While the bed sheets and towels were clean, they didn't have that 'crisp' feel you'd expect. In the room, we found the kettle to be quite scaled and not very clean, which discouraged us from using the tea and coffee facilities.
The biggest issue, however, was the shower. It was nearly impossible to regulate the water temperature—it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. All four of us tried to use it without success. Due to these disappointments, we decided to skip breakfast at the property.
