The owner was so welcoming. Great location
The room was too hot, albeit exceptionally hot weather. A fan and tea and coffee making facilities inside the room would have made it more comfortable

Rory made you feel welcome and nothing was to much trouble Rooms lovely and clean. Great breakfast.

Breakfast was a nice bonus, location was a quick walk to city centre. Really appreciated the TV in the room having Netflix included.
No staff around the clock, which proved difficult when people tried to check in late at night - ringing the doorbell repeatedly with nobody there to check them in. Very, very small room.
