Pretty good value. It was an incredibly busy time when we were there, so I had trouble booking anything within a reasonable price for myself, husband and two teens. We stayed in a room at the Avalon with four twin beds, which worked for us. We also liked the 10 minute walk into town.

Breakfast was a nice bonus, location was a quick walk to city centre. Really appreciated the TV in the room having Netflix included.
No staff around the clock, which proved difficult when people tried to check in late at night - ringing the doorbell repeatedly with nobody there to check them in. Very, very small room.
