The location is close to the city center, a 5-10 minute walk away, and is like a student dorm. The room is excellent, clean, modern, and comfortable. There is no hairdryer, fridge or TV, but that doesn't matter. There was water waiting for us in the room. It was a little hot in the room, but you can open the windows and the air is good and fresh, or you can go to reception and ask for a fan. The staff is really friendly.
You can park across the street in the parking garage (City Center Park House). Parking costs €12, but you have to validate your ticket at the reception before paying, otherwise it is much more expensive. Breakfast was not on site, but at a hotel at the end of the street, a 2-minute walk away (Hyde Bar). Really big and good breakfast, sweet or savory, even a vegan option, which I really appreciated.
