The staff were very friendly, Enda the supervisor was so good at helping us celebrate our wedding by going above and beyond for us . All staff were so accommodating. Informed about noise before we arrived but this was not an issue .
The only drawback was breakfast starting at 9am ..8 of us went without breakfast on two mornings due to this .

Fantastic breakfast
Really friendly and helpful staff
The Ozzie waitress (I forget her name) was brilliant because she could see I was struggling with check-in, and she downloaded my booking for me on my phone so I could get my passkey.
Clare was very prompt., and especially kind, helpful & professional when I had a problem with a light in my room
No stirrer or spoon at the tea/coffee station.
(I burnt my fingers each time I took out the teabag)
You need bigger sheet, mine was too small and kept coming off the mattress

The food and restaurant staff were excellent.
It is virtually impossible to sleep with the extreme noise coming from the bar below and outside the room until 3:00am. Even though I had booked the non-refundable option, I felt it was so extreme, they should have made an exception.
