Sensational food - highly recommended eating there for your stay

Plenty parking available. The restaurant Fork was impressive. Delicious food and great service in the restaurant and bar. Would definitely return. The breakfast was also sensational, food was always fresh and hot, with plenty variety.

Very pleasant, but a few bits and pieces could have been better

The size of the room, the fact that there were two comfortable chairs and a separate round table available, and the breakfast which was good and comprehensive. All the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The lighting throughout the hotel was inadequate: the corridor was almost pitch dark which made it difficult even to read the room number. The lighting in the room itself was fairly poor for comfortable reading.

Very worth the money make up the food quality a small bit

It’s nice small hotel not trying to do to much but enough to keep it to a good standard

Mostly the dinner options the chicken me and my mum both go were over done I had the burger and my mum got the goujons very dry and chewy at the same time not a nice consistence but my grandads Fish he loved

Pleasant

Location was great. Very easy to get a taxi to & from town. Bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was the only let down. There was 3 empty trays out at 10am & it’s very cramped. What food I did have was very nice. The bedroom was also very hot. I had to leave the window open all night even after turning down the thermostat.

Really good hotel and would recommend it for a stay in Galway

The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was nice and clean Breakfast was really good and we ate there for 2 mornings. Really good value for money.

Luggage racks and a place to hang your coats would be great.

Really liked staying at the NOX hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again

Our room was very adequate. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Facilities were very comfortable with lots of areas to relax in the foyer.

The only reason I gave it a 9 was because there was no air conditioning in the room and we found it warm. We opened the window, but being next to the road, the traffic was loud and made it hard to sleep.

Very Nice Hotel

This is a very clean, neat and tidy hotel. The lounge restaurant has a good menu with very good meals. The breakfast is very good and a good value. Its location is close to the highway and close enough to the city center.

Highly enjoyable first trip to Galway.

The reception team helped my wife make my birthday celebrations go exceptionally well, they were absolutely fabulous. The food in the restaurant was first class as were the personalities of the whole service team.

Room service team need to up their game when it comes to checking basic bathroom necessities e.g. toilet seats, are of a suitable standard.

really nice hotel

- we liked the many parking spots - the reception area and bars, breakfast room were really nice - the hotel was either new or very recently renovated - the beds were comfortable - the tea and coffee maker set was nice to have - the bathroom was good ans spacious - the breakfast buffet was really good

it is not centrally located, we took the car and park in the city center, not a long drive and it was easy to park.

Best hotel in Galway.

The staff here at this hotel were exceptional. They were like a family unit nothing too big or too small. They went over and beyond. I had a medical emergency and Lesley, Meg , Jesus, the porter, the duty manager and the waitress did everything to facilitate myself and my 8 year old daughter. I will be forever grateful for their kindness and help and generosity with their time. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast…difficult to find large plates as they aren’t easily visible under the hot food counter. Lovely selection of breakfast food inc hot meals of black pudding, bacon, eggs, tomato, hash browns but coffee machine gave poor results & staff said the machine was problematic. No labels meant you didn’t know what things were.

Best Hotel in Galway

I loved everything about this hotel, I stay in hotels at least 5 times a week all over the country for work and I have to say I can not fault this hotel one bit , great staff, great food , great location and great value for money . I have stayed in the salthill hotel, Clybaun hotel , unfortunately the maldron in oranmore but never again , from now on it will only be the Nox hotel for me when im in Galway.

Closeness to the city. Free car parking. Lovely staff in the restaurant at night.

No chairs in our room and tv wasn’t working. Was told next morning that the chairs were all taken out of the rooms on the 2nd floor for repair. We were not told this when we booked in. Paid €233 for the room with no chairs and tv not working. Staff at breakfast the next morning were not overly helpful or pleasant.
