Couldn’t sleep a minute in that hotel. Booked beside the venue of my bodybuilding competition. And I couldn’t sleep because people slammed doors all night. The price was awful compare to the CERO rest I had previous my competiton

At short notice it was only fair , had to pay for parking because I booked through Booking .com. A lot of staff on duty

The traffic getting Into the property was horrendous during the afternoon/evening times. The pool/ spa area was not privately exclusive to the property but rather a public attachment where you had to briefly walk outside of the hotel to access the pools/ spa. The breakfast while good was nothing special considering the cost of the stay

Not 4 star hotel, absolutely Not . Stay away !!!!

This is not 4 star hotel absolutely not! I booked a classic twin room for 350$ for one night. They gave us a room on first floor that was located on basement , separate from another rooms, lift separate. Room smells mildew, mold and we see flying moths and flies. Door in bathroom was broken and part chipped, no AC . On table , they put a fan . Smell was horrible, room was tiny and dirty. We were shock 😳 for 350$ ???? We run back to the reception and ask or refund and we will find another hotel for overnight or give us normal room. My daughter is allergic and she noticed already running nose and cough due to mildew smell. The Hotel sold out not rooms. We refused stayed in this horrible room with no view also. Window view on no where… basement. For 350$ per night? Common!!! Fortunately, the reception was very nice helpful guys they found normal double room for us on normal floor with a park view. The reception had noticed many times that I booked through Booking.com !! Booking.com has a wrong description on this room - this is horrible- no AC at all , very small, very bad room. DO NOT BOOk Classic twin room AT ALL - you will stay in basement!!! The hotel is very overpriced and overrated. Even with changed room- the room is outdated, beds are soft and non comfortable, towels are very bad in shape for 4 star hotel. The kettle is very old and smells plastic when we boil Wayer for the coffee. The water from shower runs in the bathroom since the glass divider was very small and not protect. After shower you have a water pool on floor. The breakfast is decent and just fine but again not for 4 star hotel and for 350$ per night. I would not recommend stay here and never back again. !!!! Stay away from this hotel and safe your hard earn money!!! Only positive that staff on the reception is very good and friendly .and this not their fault that hotel is in very bad shape and has a rooms in basement with mild mildew moth and insects!!! Be aware. Location is fine .

You can do better!

The room we got 101 was very dark. Reason being is the view is a wall, hence poor light in the room in daylight. You have to use lights. I asked to be moved to another room & was advised it was not possible as the hotel was full. The bar needs attention. Shakey tables & some have napkins to help make them steady. Close to the bar was a bin on view, not a good luck. Breakfast was disappointing, luke warm, and the net curtains in the breakfast room needs cleaning or replacing. Over, I was very disappointed as I previously thought it was a lovely hotel & that is why I returned. The hotel needs someone to take a critical over look at the housekeeping of the hotel to bring it back up to standard. I am sorry to say it did not feel like I was in a 4 Star Hotel.

Nice location. Leisure centre is excellent. Rooms a great size. Overall very good. Not perfect but would still go back.

Breakfast was lukewarm and alot of items appeared to be run out. Fruit was all gone at 8:50am on Sunday morning. Two sinks in bathroom were slow to empty.

Good location close to beach & best swimming pool & Gym facility

Most amazing swimming pool (kids pool was perfect temperature / good size ) & Gym was the best out of other 5 star hotel.

Arrived 20-25 mins before checkout time room was not ready so had to wait until 3.15-20 pm which was not very good. Never ever waited after 3 pm when we stayed at other hotel. Wish there was direct lift down to Swimming spar area had to go down and walk down all the way was not handy.

Salthill is right on the water, with an amazing view, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic breakfast.

The breakfast was lovely, the rooms were perfect, and we had a sea view, the location is within walking distance of the central part of the city, so no need to drive everywhere, and calling a taxi was easy from the front desk. Would definitely stay there again.

Disappointing

No residents bar, service at the breakfast was shocking. Nobody served me even tea or coffee. Nobody asked was I ok. 25 mins waiting for food to come out as not everything was restocked on time. Paid for double bed and got 2 single beds pushed together. Uncomfortable and ruin my whole stay been honest. Still upset over it. Had to pay 5e for parking my car in hotel car park.
