Would not book again!!

We just didn’t feel welcomed, on the first day the guy on the reception could really do a better job at greeting and being friendly. The last night we had very loud neighbors in the room next to us, we couldn’t sleep at all. We even called the front desk but it was still very loud. It felt like we were sleeping in the ghetto.

Decent place to stay for a night or two, especially with a car

Easy to travel to by car from motorway. Free and safe parking. Bed was massive and comfortable. Train stop is about 5-10 walk that brings you right into the city. Good English from staff

Hotel is in sort of an industrial estate. From my experience there was no shops around and there was a little bit of noise in the morning from building next to the hotel.

It's a really nice place to stay for this price, I would recommend it!

Price, free parking, social cats to pet, friendly service, nice location (right outside of the LEZ of Brussels so we didn't have to pay the day pass for our car to stay there), all in all amazing

The shower pressure was low, the walls were a bit dirty, and sometimes when we were entering the room, the entrance door started making alarm noises, but we managed to make it stop Also side comment for the people who want to explore the center via public transport: the bus 78, which bus stop is right next to the hotel and which goes to the city center, does not work at the weekend, so you need to walk 15 min to another bus stop, International, for the bus 73 (just take it into consideration)

Convenient, free parking and close to the city. Our dog was allowed in the restaurant at breakfast

I couldn't really understand why, but the smoking area is just where at entrance to the building (not by the side, or close, but just in the middle). Every time we entered the building we have to walk among some people smoking. I am sensitive to cigarrete smoke, so that was particularly annoying.

Location - not safe in the evening, no soap in the room, rude reseptionist - he forgot that i was a client.. Not working restaraunt on saturday, the nearest one is a greek place-about 5 km, dont go to Protocol, the hearest one-service and attitude is not good.

A great hotel that we have stayed at every time we visit Brussels. Cozy room, comfortable bed, comfortable bathroom. Secure parking. Friendly and helpful staff.

Overall an okay hotel. Reception staff was friendly and room was clean.

The location is not so nice, but we already knew that of course. The whole ambiance of the building was not great, a little old and deserted. Overall I don't think it was worth the 130 euros I paid for it.

A functional out of town hotel that suited our needs as a one night stop over on the way elsewhere.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful both times we stopped here. The lounge area near the bar was quiet and comfortable for relaxing in during the evening. The beds were really comfortable in one room but less so in the other. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were appreciated, The No 78 bus leaves from outside the hotel every 20 mins during the day and takes you to the Gare du Midi for minimal cost which was ideal for us.

The situation of the hotel was not what we would have ideally liked but we were pleased with how things turned out. The chairs in the bar area were a bit tired looking so we used the lounge area instead. Not a problem!

Price was pretty good for value. Rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly. Wifi is solid as well.

Location wasn't perfect. Although it isn't far away from the center, the train rides only every 30 minutes. Also there isnt much to buy around like groceries, pretty industrialized.

Best , if you would like to avoid driving in LEZ

Location: This is just outside the Low Emission Zone, as my car does not meet the LEZ requirements with a Daypass of 35€. I was allowed to park my car in Hotel and Took a Bus to City Center. Info: I had to walk 15min for the Bus Stop.

There is No Lift available in the facility and I didnt find any No formal Rezeption
