In the reception there’s a coffee machine and cold drinks as well as pizzas and a oven just in case you’re hungry. Car park is just 10 pounds for 24 hours, within a couple miles there’s Macdonald and KFC and is a 20 minutes drive to Brussels center. The staff at the reception is very helpful and welcoming. Tv with many channels including a Portuguese one hehe nice!

The shower room, if you go with another person that’s not your partner for example a friend or a child, it can be a bit tricky to change and shower as it does not allow much privacy.

Amazing stay

The staff is polite and always helps . This is a great location from ruisbroek train station . Hardly takes 10 minutes to get to the brussels centre.

Decent budget option a bit outside of Brussels

It was about a 10 minute walk from a train station and a few shops plus one or two restaurants - not an incredibly convenient location but not bad either. Cleaners knocked on doors every morning at 9-10 which felt a bit early and disturbed us after a late night (though probably our fault for not using the DND sign!). Clean, comfy enough, good for the price especially split three ways for a triple room.

The shower door is translucent and leads directly to the rest of the room which isn't great for non-family groups (and probably even families with older kids).

Great value for the money paid

The room was very neat and tidy, the beds were comfortable! No noise throughout the night and very convenient that the check-out was only at 12:00

The breakfast was not as diverse as we had hoped for- there was no warm food (e.g. scrambled eggs, sausages, etc) or vegetables and only 1 type of sliced meat/cheese. Overall, the breakfast experience was not the best

The hotel staff is very friendly offering us details about things to visit in Brussels and also telling us what transportation means to use. The parking in the yard was ok and we had access using a special ticket we received from the reception desk.

The rooms themselves seemed small compared to other Ibis rooms we used in past trips and relatively old.

Nice town - 13 minutes by train or 25 by bus to the center of Brussels. Breakfast is standard, staff is very friendly.

The bathroom is almost transparent, you dress in the middle of the room.

The wash-basin drain was really smelly. The room was a bit small, but it is good for a short stay. The journey to the centre of Brussels took 30 minutes.

Budget=budget I was in the neighborhood for a meeting that took very long, so I stayed for a night. Nothing bad to say, but also nothing great. Very average small hotel. Prices are just over the quality rate for me and breakfast was not even included...

I liked the cleanliness and the simple environment. The staff was very nice, rhe breakfast was diverse and delicious.

The rooms were missing some basic equipment like toilet brush and we could have used another piece of blanket.
