I enjoyed my stay
The location was good. Quiet environment and easy access to local transportation. The hostess was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

Disastrous
Absolutely nothing, I immediately left the vermin infested, filthy, noisy excuse for a hotel and found another hotel
Quite literally everything

Free Parking was indeed free, however this was also "yeah, just leave your bikes on the street".
Leaving. As luck would have it, the bikes were still there, and intact, the following morning, but getting out of dodge was priority number one, this was deemed a good decision after touring through the grafiti'd streets of boarded and bricked up houses.
Having no restaurant on site meant no food or breakfast, when enquiring for recommendations for somewhere to eat "try google" was the reply. Towels... you kind of have those included in your stay for after a shower, but apparently there is an extra charge for those(!?). The proximity to the local railway station means you get to hear the trains throughout the night along with the announcements (in various languages) that are broadcasted over the stations PA system, (Good for brushing up on your languages?). Still, at least it was cheap...ohh, wait, no, it wasn't, and I had to pay extra for towels!? Complimentary towels, should be, well, complimentary, not an extra charge. Free parking was not listed on booking.com as leave your bike on the street in what appears to be a rather run-down neighbourhood.

Be sure to read the reviews!
Unfortunately, I'm struggling to think of anything that I did like. The bed was comfy?
Where to start... 1) Pay close attention to the pictures. A non-descript brown door is the only indicator that you've arrived. If it wasn't for the pictures provided by booking.com, you will have no idea that this is the hotel. No signage, nothing! 2) 'Parking' is on-street parking. Bear in mind that the streets are riddled with graffiti, houses with bricked up windows & doors. If you have a vehicle that's easily nicked, this one might not be for you. Luckily, my motorcycle (alarmed) was still there in the morning. YMMV 3) The price listed on booking.com is NOT the bottom line. I was charged extra for towels, service charges & "misc" which added another ~€30 to the price. It doesn't start as a cheap option, so extra charges serve only to rub salt into the wound. 4) The view from my ground-floor hovel was disappointing, to say the least. The double-window allows oneself to fully soak up and immerse in the vista that pollutes the senses. How to sum this up in words? There were multiple piles of dog excrement in the fenced-in courtyard (quite possibly from different breeds). I say "courtyard", but what might be more accurate is "builders yard". There were varying sizes of plasterboard, ladders, brushes, rakes, multiple paint cans (in a variety of colours), an old bicycle (which, owing to it's location under piles of tools has possibly been left by someone running away screaming), scaffolding, weeds (of varying varieties - which any budding horticulturist should have a whale of a time cataloguing), trowels, old tiles, bags of cement. You get the idea. 5) The service. Ahh, the service! After establishing that I was indeed in the correct location by calling the number on booking.com, it transpired that I should speak to the voice at the end of the phone's wife. Not knowing who this might be, I cautiously entered the building to find a non-english-speaking gentlemen loitering in the 4x6ft foyer.

4 nights single traveller
Although not near the City Centre, travel on the metro was very easy. I wasn't bothered by the noise of the train station. Very friendly owner. Sufficient space for all my things. Kitchen was well-equipped.
Front door is never locked - feels unsafe. No instructions when you arrive as to how to check-in; I just stood waiting and had to phone up. No hot water - though I just coped - I could have asked how to get the hot water work, but I guest shouldn't have to ask for hot water... Freezer compartment needs defrosting so that the door can shut. The design of the kitchen means that there's very little space to prepare food.

will never stay again
studio had all we needed , concierge lady was nice
location is terrible with trains running above your head, the neighborhood is not children friendly, very expensive for this old small accommodation with a view over a dirty courtyard, they made us pay €20 for a puppy in the bench and wanted a deposit of €150 for potential damage

A very clean, spacious room, equipped with everything you could wish for!
The lady on the reception is super helpful and friendly, she let me choose the room that suits me the most, and she helped me to book a taxi for the morning (as I don't speak French). The room was spacious, modern, very well equipped with literally everything, a big fridge, cooker, microwave, cutlery and plates, a kettle, a fan, lots of furniture, the bed was huge with super comfy pillows, everything is very clean! I was honestly pleasantly surprised, after staying in many hotels across Europe!
