Cozy and homely apartment in quiet neighborhood
The location of the apartment in a very nice neighborhood with beautiful art nouveau villas. The company of the landlady Ursula and her daughter. Ursula has so much to tell, and I had very interesting and good conversations with them, they really made me feel at home. The vibe of the apartment, very cozy.
For the most choice of restaurants you have to walk a while to the city center, about 20 minutes, but that's a minor annoyance. And there are good restaurants nearby (Rose, Goldener Sternen, Aguila)

Ich werde bei Gelegenheit wiederkommen!
Das Zimmer ist groß (ca. 25 m²) und hell und trotz der Lage an einer belebten Seitenstraßenkreuzung absolut ruhig. Das Bett ist angenehm breit für 1 Person. Das Bad mit WC liegt gleich nebenan. Straßenbahnhaltestelle nur 50 m entfernt (2 Stationen bis zur Innenstadt/Fußgängerzone). Sehr nette Vermieterin mit spannender Vita. Wir haben uns sehr gut unterhalten.

Die Unterbringung wurde nicht wie bestellt erbracht. Ich fordere Sie auf, die Bezahlung zu erstatten
Ich habe dieses Zimmer für meinen Busfahrer gebucht, weil es dicht am Hauptbahnhof lag. Bei Eintreffen wurde er von der Vermieterin mit dem PKW mehrere Kilometer an das andere Ende der Stadt gefahren und dort in einem winzigen Zimmer untergebracht auf keinen Fall mit Blick auf den Garten, wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter klapperten mit den Türen und rannten auf dem Flur hin und her, so daß er bis Mitternacht gar nicht schlafen konnte. Schon um 6.oo Uhr mußte er einen Reisebus nach Norddeutschland fahren.

In dieser praktischen Wohngemeinschaft habe ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr korrekt, ordentlich, zurückhaltend und freundlich.

War alles besser als erwartet!!! Das weiß man ja nie sicher im Voraus wenn man mit einer fremden Person die Wohnung teilt. Ich hatte eine schöne Zeit bei meiner Vermieterin… es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen …genau wie beschrieben, und dass die Dame sehr nett ist, stand ja auch in den Bewertungen der anderen Gäste! Sie haben alle absolut Recht! Danke für die schöne Zeit!!!
