Excellent location, clean apartment, good windows for quieting the street noise, and the shower water gets hot immediately (perfect in winter).
Unfortunately, when we arrived, the dishes were not completely cleaned (soiled and greasy utensils, dishes and containers). You could hear tenants above walking on the floor throughout the night, which was quite disruptive. Although the owner was responsive when checking in... 4 days before the checkout day we emailed the owner via Booking.com and also sent a followup text to his mobile phone and never received a response. We could only assume that "no response" was the actual response to our email and text. Regardless, this is poor customer service to any guest, let alone to one who booked a 3-week stay.
