Very modern, clean, large and comfortable apartment. Very close to great shops, restaurants & activities in Freiburg. This property has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It was super private and quiet as well. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Freiburg.

centrally located

It is completely overpriced, it says apartment for 4 persons, however the setup was one double-bed and an extra bed directly next to it. At a best case this would fit for a family with a child. Directly after the booking the host asked us to confirm the 2000 words long "Hausordnung", by all the three persons together with plenty additional questions. Next requirement was to send a 300 Euro deposit, either per credit card for a 15 Euro fee, or via banking transfer. The host did not accept a screenshot that the transaction has been made and only after I contacted police I got the code to enter the apartment at 19:45 instead of 16:00. the host could not be contacted in a reliable way, did not pick up his phone, did not call us, and blamed Booking.com for having severe communication issues on their side

One of the most comfortable stays I’ve had in years. Definitely recommended!

The property is excellent at all levels. It’s spacious, got exactly what you need (fridge, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, tv), was super clean and neat, the second we walked inside, it gave us a really comfy feeling. Also, the location was pretty strategic, super close to the tram stop and a walking distance from the old city and the centre. In addition, the check-in system is very convenient (using a numerical code) which made things much simpler as one of us arrived super late at night (2 am). And most importantly, the staff were very responsive, very kind and very professional.

There were 2 main inconveniences. First of all, the apartment is next to a church and a school, which means mornings can be super loud and “sleeping in” was not an option, even on Sunday. The second thing is that I wish there were a washing machine, that would have made the apartment ideal for us.

Not Worth Your Money

Very clean and nice location

Some basic things that you will find in most hotels and flats are missing: dishwashing sponge, kettle, iron (but they have home stereo system and 25 wine glasses). I requested a kettle and an iron from the host — to what he basically said it was our fault that we didn’t read the rules and didn’t request those “extra” items beforehand. Nowhere in the house rules, that the host sent me, said that those items were not available in the apartment. We did read the house rules before checking in and still had no way to know we would have to request those items in advance. The host also wasn’t in the city over the weekend, so he couldn’t get us those items. We neither knew he was going to be traveling, so we didn’t know there would be no one to help if there is a problem (which is an instance of poor management). No AC, it was very hot when we stayed. The apartment itself isn’t cozy, looks more like an office (although looks super sterile). Absolutely not worth the money — we stayed at another location in Freiburg before and that place provided more value than this apartment for less than half the price.

Location is the only good thing about this

Bathroom floor is very unusual, it leads water to the living room, the area to shower then becomes very short if you want to avoid pulling water inside, and Internet didn't work for basic sites like booking.com and Amazon, I communicated with the host, he created another network with same rules and of course it didn't work, and also told me, can't do more, so basically I couldn't work cos my laptop couldn't connect to internet at all, so I just gave up and finished my stay quietly

Very nice, clean and quiet appartment for a stay to explore the city of Freiburg im Breisgau and the Schwarzwald

Centrally located with view on nice, tranquil inner courtyard. Appartment was spacious, light and very clean incl well running shower/bath. Good furniture incl bed. Kitchen is well equipped (incl oven) if you want to cook yourself. Easy access to apartment with code.

Schöne, zentral gelegene, trotzdem ruhige Wohnung mit nerviger Korrespondenz mit Vermieter.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, nahe der Altstadt, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnungen zum Hof sind auch nachts sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Atmosphäre ist modern, nüchtern, IKEA-Style.

Die Bettdecken sind nur mit Laken geschützt, etwas unhygienisch. Die Hausordnung umfasst ausgedruckt sicher 10 Seiten mit Hinweisen zur Mülltrennung, zum Abwaschen usw., sehr belehrend mit Androhung von Schadensersatz. Getoppt wird dies durch den Fragebogen, der schlicht übergriffig ist. Wir sind bisher noch nie nach Geschlecht, Personalausweisdaten, Beruf und Grund der Reise gefragt worden. Zur Abreise sollte auf Wunsch des Vermieters unbedingt eine Übergabe erfolgen, zu der er jedoch nicht erschienen ist.

Nie wieder und würde ich jeden abraten

Es war groß

Die küche ist schlecht aufgebaut und zu klein für so einen so großen Raum, der Fernseher könnte größer oder besser abgestellt sein als die in der Ecke. Dann war ich erst mal alleine da wollte ins Zimmer rein, aber haben mich nicht rein gelassen solange ich nicht alle angemeldet hatte was auch komisch war. Und dafür das ich über 150 Euro die Nacht gezahlt habe wollten die 2 Euro für einen Putzlappen und 15euro für ein Bettlaken einbehalten, weil die aus ihrer Sicht nicht mehr waschbar waren, wegen solche kleinen Lappalie noch Geld zu verlangen obwohl viel gezahlt wurde schon hard.

Nie wieder

Ich hatte für meine amerikanische Freundin, die mich besucht hat, gebucht. Die Lage auf der KaJo schien perfekt.

Nach dem Buchen wurde meine Kreditkarte mit einer Kaution belastet, was auf den ersten Blick nicht ersichtlich war. Ich buche sehr oft über Booking.com, für eine kleine Ferienwohnung gab es so etwas bisher noch nicht. Einfach ärgerlich, dass das nicht offen kommuniziert wird. Nachdem der Gastgeber Joachim von mir erfuhr, dass ich Vertragspartner, meine Freundin aber Gast sein würde, stellte er die Kommunikation mit mir ein und versuchte mit ihr über Email zu Kontakten, was aber misslang. Ich als Vertragspartner wurde nicht über Zugangsdaten etc. informiert, meine Freundin hatte keine Mail erhalten. Letzten Endes entschieden wir uns, obwohl ich den vollen gezahlten Betrag verlor, für eine andere Unterkunft, wo die Kommunikation über mich kein Problem darstellte. Ich habe also die Unterkunft von innen nie gesehen, habe auch von Joachim bisher nichts gehört. Mein Fazit: solch einen Gastgeber möchte ich nicht.

Zuviel Bürokratie, zu wenig ( gar keins ) Personal vor Ort

Extrem unbequem war die Buchung der beiden Wohnungen: Soviel bürokratischen Firlefanz wie an der Stelle haben wir noch nie erlebt. Das Anmeldeformular war sehr ausgefeilt, die Daten des Personalausweises wurden detailliert angefragt, völliger Blödsinn !! Eine Kaution war notwendig, sonst hätten wir die Wohnung nicht betreten können. Und keiner war anwesend, der uns den Fernseher erklären konnte - trotz Anfrage. Nein danke, nicht noch einmal. Wir haben zeitgleich ein Hotel in Helsinki gebucht: völlig problemlos.

Grande delusione per la gestione dello staff

Immobile confortevole, ben posizionato ed arredato.

La gestione dello staff è stata pessima, come la comunicazione, per nulla empatica e poco trasparente. Non era ben segnalato la necessità di lasciare un deposito cauzionale. Lo staff si è appropriato di un modesto importo, per motivi futili ed infondati, senza alcun preavviso e senza essersi presentato alla riconsegna del bene.

Der Blick zum Paulus bietet viel Ruhe; viel Platz; alles in der Küche vorhanden; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe

Zugang zum Appartement (vom Haupthaus an der Straße gelangt man nur über zwei verschiedene Treppenhäuser ins Hinterhaus); durch die offene Tiefgarage gelangt aber jeder andere auch ins Hinterhaus; zu viele Regeln; ein richtiger Bettdeckenbezug wäre praktischer

אהבנו את עיצוב הדירה,הגודל,הניקיון,המיקום.

לפעמים התקשורת עם בעל הדירה היתה לא נעימה.אבל הסתדרנו עם זה.בדירה יש חשמל חכם,לעיתים היה קשה לתפעל את התאורה..עניין המחזור של הפסולת קצת העיק,ביחס לדירות אחרות ששהינו בהם.אבל הכל מינורי ולא ממש משפיע.

Dommage...

L'emplacement est parfait ! L'appartement est spacieux.

De gros soucis de communication avec le propriétaire, qui utilise un ton menaçant et épie ses caméras de surveillance. Il loue un appartement mais on a pas vraiment le droit de l'utiliser. -1h30 à attendre devant la porte (malgré appels etc..) avant de recevoir par sms le code d'accès aux différentes portes. -des règles très strictes, prenez bien des photos de tout à l'entrée des lieux. Car nous avons eu la surprise d'avoir une réclamation pour des draps manquants, serviettes tâchés (alors que nous avons été respectueux de tout, nous n'avons simplement pas remis la couette sous le bon canapé). Un supplément (+ de 300€!!) m'a été demandé également car nous avions invité 2 personnes à manger et il l'a vu aux caméras du couloir. Apparemment c'est un habitué du fait de réclamer des pourboires de ménage à la sortie. Ne cédez pas ! Refusez et ne passez que par booking pour avoir gain de cause. -pas de volets et pas de rideaux (juste des voilages), n'espérez pas dormir le matin. Dommage, bel appartement mais entâché par un proprio au comportement abusif.

Schone badkamer en keuken, super locatie en duidelijke beschrijving hoe in het appartement te komen door de host.

Neu renovierte schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr puristisch eingerichtet. Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt. Sehr gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr. Sehr sauber.

Ein klein wenig Dekoration oder ein Bild hätte das Appartement etwas gemütlicher gemacht.
