I got a nice stay despite raining days.

Well located and easy to travel to the station, old city. Quiet stay during the weekend with no noise from the main road. The kitchen is great for cooking quick meals. Comfortable stay!

Great location, everything in a walking distance, nice and very friendly hosts.

the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We needed a third bed and everything was arranged properly upon our arrival.

The double bed was very comfy, the only issue (not really) is that the room is quite small and you have to squeeze around the bed. But we did not find that very disturbing.

Good but needs improvement

The location is great and the room is big. The small kitchen is well equipped, they have utensils, salt, sugar, pepper.

They could definitely have an air conditioning, the room is warm. The fan they left for us was incredibly dirty. The wifi is spotty. Even though there were parking spaces that we didn't see anyone occupying during the time we were there, we were told there was no space. And some people who arrived later managed to get a space without having reserved in advance.

I felt trapped in a noisy hot space.

Located on the ground floor facing a heavy traffic road to smell and to hear; No airco. Very warm inside on a normal weather day, on a hot day it feels like a sauna. Impossible to open windows to air the rooms due to traffic noise. Roller shutters did not help; Bathroom ventilation sounds like a running truck engine next to your ear. Very disturbing; Very soft big sacks serve as pillows to sleep on; The bed is squeezed between a window and a wall. Difficult to get to the other side of the bed; The fan cable is too short in combination with limited amount of reachable outlets. Was always in the way; The legs of 2 chairs out of 4 were collapsing; The whole place felt cramped. Too many pieces of furniture which do not fit the space: table, sofa, coffee table; And yes, I mentioned the noise and sauna issues to the staff during our stay.

Comfortable spot in the middle of Freiburg

Apartments way nicer than I expected. High ceilings, spacious, and well equipped. Pet friendly. Family friendly. Soundproofed, so we were never worried about bothering other guests. Large walk-in shower. Full kitchen. Comfortable bed.

On a hot summer night you might want to sleep with the windows open, but the traffic noise from the street was a bit loud. But this is the drawback of such a central location (which otherwise has lots of advantages). With the windows closed the sound was gone.

Excellent apartment and well trained friendly staff

We stayed three nights in this extremely clean modern apartment hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, our two bedroom unit #203 is very quiet, large bedrooms with lots of shelves and closet for clothes, well equipped kitchen with seating for four people dining area and all appliances work great, bathroom has large shower with perfect water temperature and pressure, and towel heater is perfect to use. This property also has a washer and dryer with free laundry detergent for guests to use. It is so nice that we can use it daily. The location was a key point for us to choose to stay here; it is an easy walk from Train/ bus station, old town Freiburg, many restaurants, cafes, supermarket and shopping streets nearby. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in visiting Freiburg.

The position is very central, the room was equipped for cooking and has all the essentials.

The ground floor, was too close to the little summer area outside, and during the night/early morning it could be very noisy if some people hang there.

Very good

Very convenient position as was Close to Old Town and to Train Station, so excellent place to base yourself in Freidburg. Apartment had everything needed for a short stay and although lots of other people were staying in Apartments the building was very quiet.

As weather was very warm ( a good thing) and as there was no air conditioning unfortunately the apartment got extremely and uncomfortably hot even with the fan provided.

Worth every cent, excellent room with a comfortable bed

The quality of furniture and appliances in the room, the location, the hands-off approach of contactless checking in and out but still having the possibility of speaking to a front desk

A warning that my room was right above the outdoor smokers area, yuck! It was also right next to the entrance, so I heard the door slam a number of times, but this was overall not a problem.

The apartment was great in terms of location, comfortable bed, cleanliness, well equipped kitchen. But the best was the friendly welcome we received from Stilian. He was amazing and just because the weather was nice he treated us with a bottle of bubbly. He also went out of his way to organise the parking, which we did not do in advance. Thank you!!!

Outstanding

The apartments were spotless clean and very modern. They had AC and heating so were super comfortable given the changing weather. The reception staff were there much more than I expected and were so polite and helpful. Their bilingual language skills were superb. The location was excellent. A five minute walk to anywhere in the heart of the city. There was also a really nice supermarket across the road. It had a deli inside and served coffee and delicious sandwiches and cakes. We’ll definitely be back.

The main door wasn’t always locked at night. We expected to use the code to get in but often found the door was open. That may well have been because the staff were around the building. I don’t know.
