Property was perfect for us as a group of 4. It was amazingly priced and close to the centre. The place was very clean and the owners left us everything we needed. The owners are also very accommodating and engaging should you have any issues. Would recommend and stay again if I returned to Freiburg.

The apartment was clean and the sofa bed was already made when we got there. The tennet let us in and gave us the keys. There is a tram stop out front of the building that can get you to a lot of the city.
With the weather being hot would have been nice to have air conditioning, but fans were provided for each of the rooms. The fans helped and it cooled down at night.

The apartment was on the first floor, opposite the Strassenbahn stop, with a supermarket about 250metres away in one direction, a good pub/restaurant in the other direction and a bakery within 200 metres for Sunday when all shops are closed. Despite fronting a main road, it was not noisy and the balcony at the back got morning sun but was shaded in the evening. Management was prompt and efficient in dealing with any problems and we are very happy with everything!
The weather got very hot and humid (plus 30c) but management did bring some fans without us asking, which was very much appreciated. The front of the apartment faces west so it got afternoon sun, and we needed to keep the shutters down for the afternoon and evening but that wasn't really a problem!
