It is convenient and safe to stay here.

I was grateful how convenient it was to stay here. It’s a 1-2 minute walk to the tram and the grocery stores. It is a safe place to stay and the host answered my phone calls for last minute questions. The cleaning people make a lot of noise though.

A bit noisy from the street: with earplugs, all is fine. I was there for 3 nights at the end of September and the weather started to be cold at night. There was no heating in the apartment and I have been a bit cold.

A convenient solution for a shorter or longer stay!

Excellent stay, exactly as advertised. The room was comfortable and more than covered our needs. The shared spaces were clean and never too occupied that it would cause a problem with our schedule. Great location, with a tram station right in front of the house, but also within walking distance of the city center, made it super easy for us to get around, at our own leisure. Would absolutely recommend for a shorter, or longer stay in Freiburg!

We stayed at Mida apartments for a weekend whilst going to watch a football match. It was a great location, very clean and comfortable. Jurgen the host was superb. Very polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Better signage on the door would have helped.

very good region in Freiburg, near central, mountain, interesting local area. Super market is very near by. room is big (20 m2), kitchen and toilet is fully equipped.

check-in you have to contect the owner yourself (it is private appartment). the building is kind of not so high quanlity, means through the walls you could hear neibours etc.

Convenient, kind staff and good price for value

The apartment is very well located, a 10-minute walk from the city center, and a tram is available as well. There are several bakeries around the place for breakfast, Futterer was my favourite. A supermarket in front, and is very close to the botanical garden. Inside, the rooms are comfortable and practical. A door separates the apartment in two halves, with the kitchen shared, but two separate bathrooms each with a shower for the two halves. The bathrooms were clean, with plenty of towels. The staff was also very kind - we forgot the toilet bag with the toothbrushes in the toilet, and she brought it to us after we had already vacated the apartment.

We were the only ones who booked the apartment during this weekend, so it was all for us. We had seen some negative comments about having to share half of the apartment with other people, and we particularly do not mind, but please check this in advance if this is important for you.

We found the location of the property very good. The tram station was just opposite to the location.

The description of the property in Booking.com was not clear. We booked a room with 7 beds. It was not mentioned that those are available in three rooms and that it is a shared property. We had not received any previous information regarding the availability of our rooms, though our host told that she sent the information three days ago through Booking.com. She offered us a reduced cost but it was still higher than our previous booking.

Ik heb een heerlijke korte vakantie gehad en vrienden kunnen bezoeken. Ik kom gauw weer terug.

Er was geen ontbijt bij en dat vond ik prima, want er was een keuken om zelf wat je maken. De locatie vond ik ook fijn, heel centraal met winkels en eetgelegenheden en dichtbij de tram. De kamer was heerlijk en rustig en ik heb goed geslapen. Ook de andere gasten in het appartement waren vriendelijk en beleefd. Er was een koelkast, een wasmachine en een droger. Ik had dat niet nodig, maar als je er langer verblijft is dat prettig.

Het was nogal donker toen ik aankwam, maar ik heb hulp gekregen van een voorbijganger, die me heel vriendelijk heeft geholpen bij het vinden van de sleutel in het kastje. Ook kreeg ik de code laat en daarover heb ik gebeld en degene die me te woord stond heeft me uitstekend geholpen. Daarover heb ik reeds een oordeel geschreven op uw verzoek.

Für ein paar Tage, oder ein Wochenende für 3-4 Personen absolut geeignet.

Nettes Apartment, die Lage ist gut. Ca. 20 Minuten fussläufig zum Münster. Die Schlüsselbox war gut zu finden wegen der Beschreibung, die uns das Personal gesendet hat. Man konnte einen Mitarbeiter tagsüber telefonisch erreichen. Es gibt eine separate Küche, die recht gut ausgestattet ist. Auch eine Teebox stand in der Küche zur freien Entnahme. Ebenfalls gab es eine Tchibo Kaffee/Espressomaschine, dafür bräuchte man allerdings die geeigneten Kapseln. Für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist es wirklich absolut in Ordnung.

Die Betten könnten breiter sein. Es ist etwas hellhörig. Kleine Reparaturen wären notwendig, wie z.B. der Hebel der Jalousie war abgebrochen, die Mischbatterie in der Toilette muss ersetzt werden, eine kleine Garderobe wäre schön oder zumindest noch ein paar Haken mehr im Eingangsbereich bzw. auch im Bad, damit man seine Sachen aufhängen kann. Es sind schon welche vorhanden aber für 3-4 Personen definitiv zu wenig. Und es gibt nur einen Parkplatz, also rechtzeitig buchen.

Liegt zentral. Es war super, dass wir für unsere zwei Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hatten.

Leider konnte man den Rolladen in einem Zimmer nicht schließen und die Türen der anderen Zimmer sind sehr laut.

Lage prima, Aufenthaltsqualität miserabel

Gute Lage, leicht mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen

1 Toilette für 10 Gäste, kombiniert mit der einzigen Dusche im gleichen Raum d.h. Wartezeiten beim Duschen bzw. Toilettengang. Keine Regeln der Geräuschreduktion. Kochen von anderen Gäste bis Mitternacht. Keine Verbindung von Küche oder Dusche zur Frischluft. Fischgeruch beim Eintreten abends in Wohnung. Gäste pinkeln im Stehen. Stattdessen Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Küche. Keine richtige Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer (kein Tisch) dafür ein Schreibtisch. Keine Reinigung von gemeinsam benutzten Toiletten und Duschen während des Aufenthaltes. Hellhörige Räume, keine Regeln für die Benutzung der Küche bzw. Bad/Toiletten. Nicht ausreichend Geschirr für alle Gäste. Insgesamt ekelige Atmosphäre.

Die schlechteste Unterkunft, in der ich jemals übernachtet habe!!!

Direkt an der Stadtbahnlinie 3 gelegen. Zwei Bäckereien, Fleischerei und ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Altstadt.

Schimmel im Bad. Balkontür defekt. Jalousie aussen defekt. Spülmaschine defekt. Sofa und Lampe voller Flecken. Mehrere Lampen fehlten. Spinnenweben und Staub im Zimmer. Vorhang im Zimmer sehr lichtdürchlässig. Die Zimmernamen stimmen nicht mit den Bildern überein. Der Code vom Schlüsselkasten wurde nicht rechtzeitig zugesannt. Der Vermieter war telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Auf Nachrichten wurde bis heute nicht geantwortet. Handtücher waren voller Flecken. Die Zimmertür vom Zimmer 4 hat gequietscht.

Gutes Gästehaus in der Nähe der Altstadt

Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen sehr geräumig, wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon am Zimmer. Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit der Bahn ist man schnell in der Altstadt und kann direkt zum Bahnhof fahren. Das Badezimmer ist groß und sauber, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist sehr spartanisch, aber für den Preis okay. Leider ist alles sehr hellhörig und somit ist die Nachtruhe vorbei, wenn die Zimmernachbarn 6Uhr Frühstück machen. Wer also Ruhe sucht, geht lieber in eine andere Unterkunft.

Décevant malgré un bon emplacement

L’emplacement est vraiment bien : à 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville et juste en face du tram, ce qui rend les déplacements très pratiques.

À notre arrivée, aucune indication claire concernant la place de parking : j’ai écrit au propriétaire, mais je n’ai jamais eu de réponse et j’ai dû finalement laisser la voiture sur la route. Même chose pour la boîte à clés, aucune précision, nous avons dû la chercher par nous-mêmes. L’appartement en réalité regroupe plusieurs chambres (5 au total), ce qui n’était pas précisé clairement dans l’annonce, nous pensions être maximum 2–3 chambres. La literie était correcte mais pas vraiment confortable, les draps troués, aucun produit de base fourni (ni shampoing ni gel douche). Durant la nuit, d’autres locataires sont arrivés à 3h du matin en faisant beaucoup de bruit, ce qui nous a réveillés. À 6h, impossible de continuer à dormir car les volets étaient cassés et il n’y avait même pas de rideaux occultants. Pour 75 € la nuit, nous avons été très déçus : un hôtel aurait été bien plus confortable pour quasiment le même prix.

Max. 50€ die Nacht/Zimmer wert

Lage ist ganz gut

Viel zu teuer, bei uns.. haben 180€ für 2 Nächte bezahlt. Man bekommt ein Zimmer in einer Wohnung und muss sich die Toilette/Dusche (die sich beide in einem Zimmer befinden) mit 3-4 anderen Doppelzimmern teilen. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und die Türen werden mit einem Buntbartschlüssel abgeschlossen, der in mehreren Türen verwendet werden kann. Für 50€ die Nacht kann man das machen, mehr ist wirklich abzocke.

Es un piso que se ha dividido en habitaciones, por lo que puedes oír perfectamente al resto de ocupantes cuando hasta van al baño por la.noche así como si alguien cocina, el olor entra en las habitaciones y todo huele a lo que se cocina. It is a flat divided into rooms, you can hear everybody even when they go to the bathroom at night and if anybody cooks, the smell goes into all rooms and everything smells like the food is being cooked.
