The supermarket and Tram station were close by, making it convenient. There is a bakery nearby, as well as DM's and EDKA, and a larger supermarket, Kaufland, which is right opposite the Tram station. Easy to walk around the block with different restaurants available, and also saw a gym and hair salon nearby. We travelled on Uber as a family of 4, which was also cheaper to and from the city centre, but all the things we needed were nearby, so no need to actually travel into the city unless you have other businesses.
Everything was great, and the reception was friendly and really helpful. We had also asked for late check-out, and they had given us an extra 1.5 hours, but we had already packed ready to leave, but they were really understanding since we had kids and were very family-friendly accommodation and would recommend to families visiting Freiburg.

Slept like a cloud with Very comfortable mattress and puffy pillow. Duvet could be bigger, but it’s manageable…
The apartment is more spacious than we thought. And the fully equipped kitchen, the washing machine (incl. dryer) were extremely handy.
In general, communication with the reception was good, except they don’t seem to be there often. If they aren’t onsite, then the response could take a long time via messaging.

We are recurrent guests to this property and each time just confirms it is a great choice for families. Apartments are equipped with all what's needed. We like very much also the location of the property being very convenient to reach places around Freiburg.
