The place is amazing!

We are a family of four and had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The apartment we received was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully equipped and clean– the kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms were well-furnished, and there was even a washing machine with a drying rack, which was extremely useful throughout our stay. The hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant area, yet only a 5-minute ride to the city center – the location couldn’t be better. Special thanks to Khalid & Morena at the reception, who were absolutely amazing and helped us with every question and request with kindness and a smile. In short – a perfect place! We highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

It would be nice if the towels were a bit newer and if the apartment had air conditioning.

Excellent and will recommend to others

Location was good, there were couple of restaurants nearby also grocery stores and bakeries. In night the neighbourhood was quiet. Tram stop is nearby and 15 to 20 minutes to reach city centre. Staff was really helpful and provide all information. Apartment was cleaned and had all amenities.

Nothing particular but would be great to have opaque curtains. In summer sun shines really early — good for early riser.

Spacious, clean apartment with friendly staff. A nice area, 10ish mins to local tram stop and further 10mins I to centre. Nice bakery round the corner, several supermarkets nearby too.

Wonderful stay in Freiburg city!

Everything was excellent! The apartment is fully equipped with all a family needs. Located in a great spot in the city, very quiet with tons of great restaurants around, a bakery and a suppermRket. Very much recommended!

Can highly recommend for groups and families!

Fantastic accommodation in Freiburg! The apartment was very warm, clean and modern. Good facilities in the kitchen allow for meals to be cooked at home. Beds were comfortable enough. Staff were friendly! Only a couple of restaurants nearby, but also a couple of supermarkets which give other options.

Isnt the most centrally located hotel, but reachable within 20 mins from the center by the tram. Location is quiet, which makes up for the distance.

Wonderful, fully stocked apartment!

We greatly appreciated the 2 separate bedrooms, laundry machine, fully functional kitchen with fridge, very large patio, on-site parking, & efficient host communication. Also, provided a fan for every room--a first for us! Overall, a really nice place to stay!

No fault of the host but there is a lot of construction in the surrounding community. The construction didn't bother us & our kids liked watching the construction equipment in action from the balcony. Construction noise was limited to business hours & didn't disturb overnight sleep. Not a dislike of ours but may be a consideration for others.

relaxing for a family, lots of room

Loved that there was a washer/dryer and kitchen

kind of far from things, but an acceptable distance to walk to the grocery/tram. We did not have a car. Decor of rooms was kind of weird, like living in a brochure. Paint the walls a plain color! Actual space was nicely done, comfortable, this js an aesthetic complaint.

Comfortable and clean apartment

Clean and comfortable place.. the apartment has all the amenities we needed to cook and wash clothes. The staff are hospitable and friendly.. The free parking on the street was convenient, and there is also private garage in the property that cost 10 euros a day.

Excellent price-quality ratio in a good location.

The apartment is very spacious, with new and comfortable equipment and furniture. There's everything you need even for an extended stay. We especially appreciated the opportunity to wash and dry our clothes overnight. There are several shops and restaurants nearby, and a tram stop just around the corner for a quick transit to the city center. The bedding is very comfortable. The location was quiet most of the night, only in the morning there was some (very limited) noise from a construction site nearby (the place is in a recently developed area of the city).

Modern apartment, well equipped, very kind staff, easy to reach highway and relatively easy to reach old town by car. Few outlets at walking distance (supermarket, restaurant, salon)

Bathroom without exhaust fan, in the corridor leading to the apartment the carpet was not particularly clean, the apartment did not have a balcony
