Perfect location to see Freiburg on foot or public transport. The small balcony was a charming plus.

Modern, convenient + A/C!

This was the best of both worlds—a private apartment, but with a host at reception to help out. We got a 2 bedroom and the second bed was up in a loft. Excellent air conditioning, which was very welcome!! Apartment felt spacious and we were thrilled that there was a washing machine in the kitchen. Everything was convenient and very clean. We slept very well. Location is excellent—a short walk to the train station (which has lots of food options even on Sundays) as well as very close to the old town. A good natural foods market is across the street. Also, easy to store our luggage there for a few hours after we checked out. Very helpful folks at the reception. We also reserved a parking spot in advance, and that was easy ($15/night). Good communication.

The four flights of stairs up to our unit could be tiring, but it’s ok!

Totally recommend

Very clean, friendly staff, big rooms and comfy beds. Even the sofa bed was good and you could use it as a proper sleeping room.

Clean apartment in the heart of Freiburg

The property is centrally located, clean, modern and comfortable. We took the apartment with 2 bathrooms and it was enough for a group of 6 persons. The host Marius did answer to our requests promptly. Parking needs to be booked in advance.

No power point next to the bed and nowhere to hang clothes.

Really great apartment with a close walk to the village with a beautiful view and very clean!

The apartment has an excellent location! A 5 minute walk from the falls. The livingroom window looks out toward the village and the hills beyond, with a perfect view of the church steeple. The space is large and open. It's very clean and comfortable! We loved this apartment!

Nothing. It was really nice! There are two real beds and one cot and a couch. The bathroom is big and the kitchen is great.

My room was on the 4th floor. There was no elevator. It was a big big problem with family and luggage. Room 14 needs curtains.There were only thin drapes.Too much light un the bedroom in the morning.

Location is good. Flat was clean and there was a coffee machine with coffee and kettle, big TV

Pillows was not so good, extractor hood in the bathroom didn't work, no trash cans in the flat, heater was noisy after 2.5 level and each hour it was some beep noice, which distract from sleeping

I like only the location, really near to the city center

We payed for a private parking lot, always occupied. The sofa bed was brocken and the personal staff suggested us to sleep on a "mattress" on the floor.

no lift and we struggle to carry the luggage upstairs. the hot water ended really quick and it wasn't enough for everyone to shower. it was mentioned “coffee” as a treat but there was no sugar, so it was disappointing

Could have been cleaner- and if guests are asked to leave the apartment in a clean state the hoover should be in good working condition. Current vaccum cleaner has no suction so could not tidy up after ourselves Wifi very poor 'Free coffee and bottled water' - One coffee bag and a bottle of a tap water.

Worst experience in my life, and I do travevel a lot

Absolutely nothing

Everything. The room number 401 was the worst experience we ever had. It was in the third floor, the bed room was climbing upstairs, the towels were old and rigid. The sofa was very dirty. I would have left thevappartment if I could find a hotel late in the evening even if we already paid. Disgusting

If the hotel were able to put a towel rail or some hooks in bathroom would be great (not a compliant, just useful)

Pleasant stay in Freiburg close to the city centre

Well located only a few minutes walk from the city centre Close to supermarket and there's a great Mexican restaurant just around the corner

Check in a little confusing as we were given instructions to collect key from a lock box - but there is actually a staffed reception until 9pm At check in we were told we might not find a second set of keys in the apartment because previous guests didn't return them, which left us feeling uneasy about security Shower didn't drain away properly Not all crockery in cupboard was clean so we washed everything before using it

The apartment is amazing, big ,clean and comfortable, it has all the facilities a family need. the location is perfect only 4 minutes walk to every thing. the hospitality is great every thing we needed the concierge helped as. thank again for everything. we’ll be back for sure.

Not that great

Good location, little area to sit and smoke downstairs outside.

No elevator, had to carry suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. No aircon which was a nightmare during the heatwave, the fans provided did almost nothing. The room we were given did not look nearly as nice as the room on booking.com
