A beautiful, characterful base for exploring Freiburg

The apartment was beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped for self-catering. Tom, who showed us around, gave lots of recommendations for things to see and do. The location was handy for the station, and there were plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants a short walk away.

The lack of door to the bathroom wasn't a problem for us, but the fire escape light was distracting at night. A minor thing, but it would be good to have the option to dim it or turn it off.

Brilliant, shame about the rain

Great location near the old town. Tom was brilliant at giving us entry, explaining everything and providing local knowledge. It’s a stunning, characterful apartment, well equipped and the most comfortable bed and huge shower. Loved it- shame it rained but that does not detract from the beauty of the apartment and the old town.

Be warned that there is a charge of €45 per dog per night!

Very noisy at night, they were doing a party we couldn’t sleep.we had a bad experience

We did’t like that it was in a basment with very little light and ventilation, there was a musty smell from the lack of ventilation, it had a little window facing a place were some bicycles were parked, and the fact that the bathromm is open, is very unconfotable. very noisy at night.

A visit in Freiburg

The apartment is located near the central main station of Freiburg. Beds are comfy and big. They have complete kitchen appliances and utensils. The room is big enough for three guests and is well heated. The TV provided can be connected to your phone and you can watch your favorite shows. The check-in and check-out process is simple. And the staff accommodated us professionally.

Due to renovations there are no doors in the bathroom for privacy. However, days before our check-in the staff already provided us a heads up about it which we accepted. Overall we have no complaints at all

Muy estiloso, original. Todo nuevo. Tom, nuestro anfitrión muy amable, se comunicó con nosotros tiempo antes y nos recibió muy atentamente, nos dio indicaciones de cómo recorrer la ciudad.

El baño integrado a todo el ambiente no nos resultó cómodo.

La posizione e la cucina a disposizione, ben fornita e funzionale e la zona doccia.

Il bagno senza porta che lasciava passare gli odori dato che non c'è aspirazione diretta,, la mancanza di finestre adeguate, l'odore di chiuso. In fin dei conti è una cantina, anche se ben arredata e ristrutturata. Il servizio non è giudicabile, anche se al nostro arrivo il terzo letto non era pronto e mancavano gli asciugamani, abbiamo dovuto chiamare. Per il resto non è una sistemazione per una permanenza, ha molto più l'aspetto e la funzionalità per una notte di passione...

Eine große Enttäuschung zu einem völlig überzogenen Preis.

Die Unterkunft wird völlig falsch dargestellt. Was hier als Luxus Apartment bezeichnet wird ist nichts weiter als eine moderig riechende Kellerwohnung. Alles ist in einem Raum, so dass zum einen sich Schimmel durch die Feuchtigkeit des Nassbereichs fröhlich im Raum verteilen kann und es null Privatsphäre gibt. Statt Luxus gab es angeschlagenes Mobiliar und Schimmel! Nicht buchen!

Schimmel, Modergeruch, arrogante und übergriffige Kommunikation, es wurde proaktiv ohne Absprache ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz gebucht und abgerechnet ohne das vorher mit uns abzusprechen.

Planta -1 respecto a calle, bastante ruidoso. Lavabo sin puerta de separación respecto a la habitación y ducha completamente abierta. Algunos detalles a cuidar.

Verhältnis zwischen Preis und Leistung nicht in Ordnung!

Giovanni war nett und die Nähe zum Zentrum ist toll!

- Das Zimmer Colosseum ist im Keller und ist ein einziger Raum (Küche, Schlafbereich, Bad und Klo) ohne Tür dazwischen. Wir sind als Gruppe gereist und hätten uns gewünscht, dass es klarer kommuniziert worden wäre, dass es nur EINEN Ram gibt. - Es gibt ein einziges Fenster, das zu den Müllkübeln rausgeht und den Raum nocht ausreichend belüften kann, was heißt, dass es extrem muffig roch und die Feuchtigkeit nicht entweichen konnte und Bettdecke und Kleidung sich leicht feucht anfühlten. - Das Notlicht beim Eingang lässt sich nicht ausschalten, d.h. es ist -auch nachts hell im Zimmer. - Und das Highlight: Abends trafen wir über 10 Asseln an der Wand über dem Bett an.

zcela unikátní prostory i vybavení + perfektně čisté + pohodlná postel + blízkost centra i nádraží + ano, bydlíte prakticky ve sklepě, ale ty stropy... wow

lokalita je po ránu hlučná díky umístění u rušné ulice - nepřetržitý hluk od (asi) odvětrávání koupelny (nic nesnesitelného, jen to v noci vnímáte)

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, in Bahnhofsnähe und fußläufig zur Alt- und Innenstadt. Das Flair des Apartments ist besonders.

Es gibt leider keine Parkmöglichkeit, lediglich in einem teuren Parkhaus des Konzerthauses.

Schöne Gewölbewohnung

Die Lage ist sehr gut: nah zum Bahnhof, Konzerthalle und Theater. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Gewölbe ist schon sehr beeindruckend. Betten bequem.

Das offene Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Von der Straße war es ein bisschen laut.
