Muito bem localizado próximos de bares e restaurantes, cafeteria, próximo da estação de trem 10 minutos de caminhada, facilitando muito minha hospedagem, centro próximo também.
Custo beneficiou excelente.
Uma sugestão:poderia ter água mineral e cápsulas de café para melhorar a experiência ao consumidor.

Die Nähe zum Universitätsklinikum
-Das große Bett war zu weich.
-Die Couch hatte beim aufklappen Gebrauchsspuren.
-Zwischen den Heizkörperrippen könnte man noch mal säubern.
-Das Backofenblech hat schon mal bessere Zeiten gehabt.
-Unter den Hängeschränken ( keine Abzughaube vorhanden) könnte man noch mal reinigen.
