Tout était conforme à l’annonce. Beaux volumes des pièces. Électroménager de qualité. Parking disponible. Calme.

Die Lage war gut, Zentrum konnte man auch zu Fuß erreichen oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - jederzeit gerne wieder!
Schöne Wohnung. Gute und ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet. Hängt natürlich auch immer von anderen Mitbewohnern der Wohnanlage zusammen. Nicht so weit von der Innenstadt entfernt. Mit Rad ganz schnell überall. Super Stellplatz für's Auto und Rad vorhanden. Ich würde jederzeit wieder da wohnen wollen, wenn ich nach Freiburg komme.
Ich hatte nach einem früheren Check-In gefragt. Was kein Problem sein sollte. Faktisch war die Wohnung dann doch noch nicht fertig. Anscheinend werden parallel mehrere Wohnungen zeitgleich gemacht, anstatt Wohnungen bei besonderen Anfragen vorzuziehen. Bessere Organisation sollte das ohne Weiteres beheben können.

Wohlfühlen in Stadtnähe
Die Lage ist super, die Innenstadt ist in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Der eigene Parkplatz im Innenhof ist super, da man prima das Auto be- und entladen kann jnd nicht lange nach Parkplätze suchen muss. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!
Das Schlafsofa ist auf der Seite der Lehne steinhart, nur für leichte kleine Kinder geeignet.

Gute Unterkunft in Laufdistanz zur Altstadt
Neuwertiges Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Netter Balkon. Zugang über Schlüsselsafe funktioniert tadellos. Eigener Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück. Fussläufig in die Innenstadt entlang der Dreisam. Sehr ruhiges und gepflegtes Haus
