Really bad e xperience

I have never been inside this apartment.

The contact between myself and the apartment owner was not possible, actually it was non existing from their site.

Gerne wieder

Schöne, moderne, saubere Wohnung mit zwei Doppelbetten und grosszügigen Räumen. Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus.

Zweckmäßig und preisgünstig

Sehr verkehrsgünstige Lage sowohl für PKW als auch ÖPNV (3 Minuten zur Straßenbahn). Sehr ruhige Ecke von Freiburg und nur wenige Fußminuten zum Seepark mit Restaurant. Bequeme große Betten.

Die Einrichtung könnte etwas weniger spartanisch sein, z.B. ein paar mehr Kleiderhaken für getragene Kleidung, die man nicht wieder in den Schrank hängen möchte oder vielleicht auch etwas bequemere Stühle. In der Küche könnten ein Wischtuch und ein zweites Geschirr-/Handtuch auch nicht schaden.

Prima om te gebruiken om alleen te slapen.

Op zich waren de kamers prima voor het doel die we hadden. Alleen om te slapen.

De verwarming bleef loeien, ondanks dat we hem op 15° hadden staan. De magnetron was niet schoongemaakt, maar hadden we niet nodig. Borden waren niet spik en span, maar afwas middel en schuurspons waren aanwezig. Koffie apparaat was defect. Lag nog ijs in de vriezer van de vorige huurder. Douche bleef qua temperatuur niet constant. Er is een tv, maar je kan alleen van je eigen streamingabbonnementen gebruik maken.

Neuwertige Ausstattung inclusive Küchenzeile und Bad, bequemes für Einzelzimmer recht breites Bett, Kaffee und Teezubehör vorhanden, Parkplatz vor der Tür

Mir persönlich hat ein Sessel oder zumindest Kissen auf den Holzstühlen gefehlt, das war nicht sehr bequem. Wasser läuft in Duschwanne schlecht ab

Gute Unterkunft für Fussballspielbesuch

Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Modernes Appartment, gut ausgestattet. Gute Lage für Besuch eines Fussballspiels, man gelangt zu Fuss zum Stadion :) Unkomplizierter Check-In

Piacevole ma con qualche inconveniente

Camera con cucina e bagno ampi, accoglienti, ottimamente attrezzati e con arredi nuovi, funzionali e gradevoli. Molto silenzioso. Parcheggio disponibile in strada gratuitamente. Vicinanza al parco Seepark.

Per ricevere il codice di accesso, seppur dopo l'orario per il check-in, abbiamo dovuto telefonare e attendere circa 30 minuti e questo ha costituito un disagio. Il parcheggio della struttura era occupato, ma trattandosi di un semplice parcheggio lungo la strada, ciò non ha fatto alcuna differenza rispetto agli altri parcheggi pubblici, gratuiti che si trovano lungo la strada. La distanza dalla fermata del tram è di 8 minuti a piedi e dal centro è comunque richiesto un cambio per raggiungere la struttura.

Checkin da migliorare

La stanza è molto bella, spaziosa, e pulita. Il parcheggio è gratuito di fronte all'edificio. La zona è molto tranquilla, e a qualche minuto di auto ci sono birrerie e bar.

L'arrivo è stato difficoltoso: abbiamo potuto entrare in stanza solo dopo un'ora di attesa per problemi vari dell host, che alla fine ha dovuto uscire di persona ad aprirci. Neanche allora ci ha dato il codice di ingresso per problemi suoi, ma ci è arrivata mail solo dopo un'altra oretta. E così anche ad altri ospiti. Niente di tragico, ma da migliorare sicuramente. Non c'è aria condizionata nè ventilatore. Lontano dal centro, serve l'auto per spostarsi.
