Compact studio flat, near to the lake and park.
The location near the lake, supermarkets, trams. The flat had all the utensils /equipment we needed for cooking, including kettle, microwave, 4 electric rings, oven etc. The hosts spoke good English. It would be great if there was some tourist information inside - and in English! - eg a map.
It was very hot the first day & night as the blinds hadn't been shut and the sun was pouring in, there was no fan or a/c. The other days it was fine as we had the window & balcony door open while we were in the flat and they were much cooler days. It was very convenient having a car park space for the fist night when we still had a rental car - it makes for a better impression on the guest when hosts don't charge for them when the car park space is there anyway under the building! But I can understand from their perspective it is another way to make some money. The free parking evidently refers to street parking!
