Great Find!

Alexi & Faya were very helpful and kind. They were really accommodating & friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage in the room before check in. There was complimentary mulled wine & a vending machine. The apartment was really modern & clean & had everything you could possibly need for any length of stay. It was generally quite quiet. The location was excellent, very close to everything. Would definitely recommend it for a stay in Freiburg.

Fantastic Stay in a Perfect Location

Excellent stay! The hotel has a fantastic location, very convenient for accessing the city center. Check-in was quick, and the staff was extremely friendly, always attentive, and communicated promptly at all times. We had a ground-floor room facing the street, but it was perfectly soundproofed and very quiet. Everything was wonderful—definitely recommended!

The only small thing was the pillow, which was very large—but that's common throughout Germany. Still, I slept very well.

Great location, modern apartment, friendly staff, good for short stays.

The apartment was clean and modern, everything worked. Staff were very helpful at all times.

It doesn't have an air conditioner, just a fan. Our room was upstairs (top floor of a low building) and in regular 30 degree days the apartment heated up and stayed very warm overnight. So we didn't get a great sleep even though everything else was comfortable.

Good place but unfortunate incident......

Close proximity to old town. Studio is spacious and clean with cooking facilities, utensils, cleaning brush, detergent, dish cloth, dish washer, even salt and pepper. It also has a washer dryer and iron.

Heater only in the bathroom. No heater in the living area but they did indicate that they will provide portable heater upon request. Due to some misunderstanding, our 1-night extension was cancelled without any warning or reminder. The receptionist at first kept implying that it was our fault for not following up in time but eventually helped to secure another apartment 2 blocks away when I made known to him that I had cancelled my other accommodation and that we had no place to stay. We had to scramble to pack and move to the other apartment as we were on our way out to go on a day trip. Reception is available only from 9am to 9pm. Payment for the new place was made online via a link that they sent to me. For a property that is rated 9.5, this could have been better handled. I think it is not too much to expect at least a confirmation before they cancelled my reservation for the 1-night extension. We were contactable via WhatsApp, email or they could have just sent us a payment link like the other apartment had.

Super entspannter Kurztripp nach Freiburg von Kiel😉

Tipptopp sauber, wenn die Cafe Pads leer waren, bekam ich sofort Nachschub. Toller Service Waschmaschine im Zimmer , ich hab alles gewaschen , es stand sogar Colorwaschmittel im Zimmer. Denke es war von einem Gast. Kleiner Tipp ! Wenn man was braucht, z.b Öl es gab von einem vorherigen Gast Öl. In der Küche ist alles da was man an Zubehör braucht. Innenstadt zu Fuss paar Meter entfernt. Als ehemalige Freiburgerin war es tipptopp genial. Ich buche wieder und schon das 2. mal

Perfekte Appartements in Top-Lage

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. In ein paar Gehminuten ist man direkt in der Innenstadt. Die Einrichtung der Appartements ist sehr gut. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden, was man braucht und noch mehr, sogar Kaffeepads für den ersten Tag. Alles war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem, das Bad ausreichend groß mit extra Handtuchheizung. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal im Appartement und kommen gerne wieder.

Da gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Tolles Appartement in sehr guter Lage.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns darin sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es ist durchgehend sehr warm in dem Appartement, auch bei ausgeschalteter Heizung konnten wir (bei Minustemperaturen im Winter) nur durch ein gekipptes Fenster eine angemessene Temperatur zum Schlafen erreichen.

Von hier aus kann man die Innenstadt super genießen!

Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir aus persönlichen Gründen mehrmals verlängert. Hierbei zeigte sich F33 äußerst flexibel, engagiert und entgegenkommend. Wir fühlten uns dort richtig zu Hause. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt!

Ideale Unterkunft für Städtetour

Freundlicher Empfang. Super Lage für eine Städtetour. Man ist gleich im Zentrum. Wir haben alles zu Fuß erkunden können. Da wir rechtzeitig einen Parkplatz mitgebucht hatten, war das Parken für uns kein Problem. Also dran denken, wenn mit eigenem Auto angereist wird.

Mir persönlich war das Kopfkissen zu groß und voluminös. Dies ist aber mein persönliches Empfinden, deshalb kein Abzug bei der Bewertung. Gab nix zu meckern

Supermoderne Unterkunft in bester (aber ruhiger) Lage

Die Lage war absolut top! In wenigen Laufminuten auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt, in der Altstadt, Fußgängerzone und Bahnhof war auch nicht weit (wir sind mit Auto gekommen, aber wenn man mit dem Zug kommt, ist das Appartement auch super erreichbar). Das Appartement war sehr schick, sauber und alles recht neu. Die Küche hatte alles, was man brauchte. Herdplatten, Mikrowelle und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Es gab einen schönen Tisch mit 2 gemütlichen Stühlen, da wir uns das Frühstück selbst zubereitet hatten, war das eine super Sache. Es gab schon Kaffeepads, Spültabs und sogar Waschmittel für die Maschine. Auch genügend Toilettenpapier und eine Küchenrolle waren da. Also alles in allem: alles was man benötigt für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Schlussendlich war das Bett auch sehr bequem, man konnte richtig gut schlafen, da die Gegend (trotz Stadtnähe, wir hatten ein Appartement zur Seitenstraße raus) sehr ruhig war. Von uns eine absolute Empfehlung.

Nicht gefallen kann man hier nicht sagen, aber evtl. wäre es schön, wenn man eine kleine Skizze im Vorfeld bekommen könnte, wo der Parkplatz ist gleich mit der Parkplatznummer. Dann könnte man dort gleich parken. Man weiß erst nicht so genau, wohin, denn die Appartement, die vorneraus sind, liegen an einer größeren Straße, an der man nicht halten kann. Eine Anleitung für die Waschmaschine wäre gut (beinhaltet einen Trockner und ist nicht so ganz intuitiv).

Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Perfekte Lage, man fällt förmlich in die Innenstadt und trotz der Lage, an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße, ist es im Zimmer sehr ruhig. … und als wir morgens feststellten das wir den Kaffee zuhause vergessen hatten, wurde uns kostenfrei an der Rezeption ausgeholfen. Was für ein Service !!

Lage, Ausstattung, herzlicher Empfang und Begleitung zum Zimmer, USB-Steckdosen am Bett, Wasser im Kühlschrank, Sauberkeit, Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten, Kaffeemaschine samt Kapseln, Glühwein im Advent auf dem Hof für alle Gäste, Fußbodenheizung.

Parkplatz auf dem Gelände direkt ist 5€ teurer pro Nacht als ein Parkplatz in der Gegend, das ist aber Kritik, die vernachlässigbar ist.

Relaxare totală

O cameră cu tot ce-ți trebuie, chiar dacă nu am folosit aproape nimic, nu cred ca lipsește ceva din bucătărie. Cald, confortabil, luminos, curat, liniște, personal amabil, loc pentru fumat. Este foarte aproape de Centrul Vechi, practic doar traversezi strada. Tot peste drum este un supermarket cu produse bio deschis până târziu. La 10 minute de mers pe jos de gară. Freiburg este un oraș care merită vizitat și cu legături foarte bune de transport spre Franța și Elveția.

Lage und Ausstattung ideal für einen Citytrip

Das Appartement war sehr gut gelegen. Der Weg zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt war zu Fuß und mit Gepäck kein Problem. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Einrichtung sah sehr neu aus. Der Platz war ausreichend und mit Tisch und Stühlen konnte man auch mal bequem sitzen und was trinken.

Es waren keine Biergläser vorhanden. Das ist wirklich das Einzige was mir einfällt.

Lage, Ausstattung, Kommunikation alles super! Zimmer war ruhig, nach hinten raus gelegen, Küchenzeile alles neu und gut ausgestattet! Zur Altstadt keine 5 Min. zum Bahnhof knapp 10 Min. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Durchdachtes Apartment

Der Standort am Rand der Innenstadt und die Ausstattung waren sehr gut! Die Einrichtung war sehr durchdacht und praktisch.

Das Apartment war im Erdgeschoss und hatte das Fenster zum Innenhof, durch den viele Gäste durchlaufen. Es war also leider sehr einsehbar und eher laut Wenn ich mir vorstelle, dass im Sommer vielleicht auch noch die Lounge-Ecke im Hof direkt vorm Fenster von allen genutzt wird...
