Nice apartment but not clean when we arrived.

Nice accommodation, spacious and fully equipped kitchen.

It wasn’t clean when we arrived. There were thick muddy footprints all over. We arrived on 31 December in the afternoon and had to clean the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen floor ourselves because we couldn’t walk then without getting dirty socks. Also there were leftover crumbs on the kitchen table, chairs and floor. We reported this right away, but this couldn’t be cleaned of course on that day. They did come the next day to clean the rest of the apartment. They told us we weren’t supposed to have found the apartment in this state and apologised for the inconvenience. Better luck next time.

Very clean confortable apartment for a stay in Freiburg.

Location was good and the allocated parking space was very useful

Maybe more instruction in English fir example where to find bins and check out instructions etc.

Great apartment but could not recommend.

Very spacious, clean and modern apartment with good facilities - full sized oven, coffee maker etc. Nice balcony with tables, chairs and sofa.

Wifi was poor with speeds lower than 2 mbs which meant that it was not particularly usable and struggled with streaming videos and music - worst wifi we have experienced in a holiday let in many years. Communication was also poor - emailed and messaged the host with a simple request but did not get a reply. There is a lack of basic information in the apartment about the accommodation itself and the local area (e.g. transport, restaurants).

Great apartment

Lovely apartment, quiet, clean and a good size for two of us, perfect. Great Balcony, with seating. Parking for our car, in a good sized space. No air con, but the apartment was lovely and cool, even though it was 34° outside. The WiFi worked fine ( I noticed other people had problems) for us. Definitely would stay here again, if we come next year.

It was almost a 30 minute walk to town for us oldies with mobility issues, we did it once, then caught cabs! A lot of the old town is car free anyway. So not really a problem, We would stay here again. The outside tables need a bit of TLC, maybe tightening the screws or new screws as they're very wobbly. Some information about Freiburg and the surrounding area would be helpful. Also some appliance info.

Schönes modernes Appartement.

Das Wasser in der Dusche lief leider sehr schlecht ab. Außerdem war die Dusche leider nicht komplett dicht zu schließen, sodass jedes Mal Wasser hinaus auf den Boden vor die Dusche lief.

Si vienes a Friburgo, es una buenísima recomendación!

Buena ubicación, todo nuevo. Las habitaciones muy amplias y la cocina muy bien dotada. El contar con parking privado si alquilas coche es lo mejor. A unos 15-20 min del centro andando.

Las almohadas para el sofá cama eran muy incómodas. Lo demás todo perfecto.

Super Lage, Wohnung mit Abstrichen an Licht und Ausstattung

Das Appartment ist sauber und die Ausstattung ansprechend. Für 5 Leute ist allerdings viel zu wenig Geschirr da, nur absolute Basics an Töpfen. Herdplatten heizen auch nicht richtig, unser Espressokocher ging gar nicht zu erhitzen. Leider sind nur die zwei Wohn-/Schlafräume mit Fenster. Alle anderen Räume (insb. Wohnküche/Aufenthaltsbereich) sind inneliegend ohne Tageslicht, daher ist es extrem dunkel, auch die Lampen sind eher düster. Dadurch gibt es auch kaum Telefonempfang, ständig kaum Netz. Für Streaming reicht es definitiv nicht. Wlan ist ne Katastrophe. In der Wohnung liegt Glasfaser, aber das ist nicht angeklemmt, stattdessen ein Router für alle Wohnungen. So kann man das Internet leider null nutzen, keine Tagesausflüge planen.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung mit großem Balkon in ruhiger Lage, aber trotzdem mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Es gibt auch eine sehr moderne Kaffeemaschine. Die Küche ist generell sehr modern und hat alles, was man eigentlich braucht. Die Fußbodenheizung für die kälteren Jahreszeiten ist auch sehr angenehm.

Der Empfang fürs Internet bzw. WLAN und Telefon ist leider recht schlecht gewesen.
