EXCELLENT!

Great apartment, very well located in the city center. Nice, bright living room with a comfortable sofa set, a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities required. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable bedding, large wardrobe. Electric blinds in all rooms, very practical. A nice balcony (which we didn't use as it was very cold winter days). We had a Private parking reserved. WIFI works well. Really a great apartment for an excellent stay!

The bathroom mirror is placed very high... you have to be very tall to see your face. Bur fortunately there is a large full length mirror just outside the bathroom, so it didn't bother us.

Great apartment with space. Lovely cafe down stairs and plenty around.

I don’t like seeing evidence of mediocre cleaning. Crumbs on the sofa and a dirty tissue in the bedroom side drawer. Also, we ended up taking out all the dishes from the dishwasher as no tablets in the dishwasher tablet jar.

Great apartment, very large and comfortable for families

Keys were in keybox with a code provided the day before, it was very easy to find the apartment with the photos given as well. We loved the apartment, it's very large, the beds are very comfortable, the table was big enough for all of us, we had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. Th bathroom is large and comfortable and so is the shower. IT comes with a parking space, which is great, and it's right by a gas station that has a convenience store where we could get extra stuff that we needed. We didn't stay in Freiburg so I don't know where things are in reference to the apartment, we spent one day in Europa Park and one day in France. There's also a restaurant downstairs, but we didn't go to it. We would 100% come again, this was a great find for a great price.

The only minus is that there's only one bathroom and the bathroom and shower are in the same area. For a family of 5, this was a bit problematic in the mornings, however it wouldn't stop us from coming again.

The property was very spacious and clean. Very easy to walk to the city from there as it is all a straight line. Also supermarket and nice restaurant close by.

Exceptional

This apartment is very clean and modern. We stayed with 3 kids (one is baby) and it was comfortable for us. Plus was that the bakery is located on the ground floor of this building and open from 7am. You can have breakfast there or just take away fresh bread.

They have 5 apartments for rent in the building. The pictures of the balcony that they show were not of our balcony. We booked based on that photo so were disappointed when our outdoor space was not really big enough for eating outside.

The terrasse is great and the apartment is beautiful with a bakery directly beneath the house.

The TV had only german speaking channels and 2 french. There was no freezer in the apartment to even store ice cubes.

Wohnung gut, Service verbesserungswürdig!

Möbel-Einrichtung, Größe, Balkon und vor allem Lage der Wohnung

Parkplatz musste teuer hinzu gebucht werden und war dann mehrfach von Reinigungspersonal belegt. Da man nirgendwo anders parken kann, musste man jedes Mal telefonieren bzw. nach dem Falschparker suchen, nicht so schön, wenn man nach einer frischen OP nicht mobil ist. Küchenausstattung war für die Größe der Wohnung sehr mager, z.B. keine Schere, Auflaufform etc. vorhanden. Kommunikation war nicht gut. Das Appartement ist für maximal 6 Personen zugelassen, wir hatten es zu zweit gemietet. Es gab nur 2 Esszimmer-Stühle, was uns zwar wunderte, wir aber nicht weiter hinterfragt haben. Nach unserer Abreise wurden wir direkt gefragt, ob wir 4!Stühle AUSVERSEHEN eingepackt hätten, anstatt erst mal im Team oder in den Nachbarwohnungen zu suchen. Erst auf Nachfrage erhielten wir nach Tagen die Info, die Stühle seien wieder aufgetaucht. In Zukunft macht man besser bei Einzug ein Beweisvideo, nicht so schön…

Durchweg zu empfehlen.

Der Schlüsselkasten-Code wurde mir bereits einen Tag vor der Ankunft per E-Mail zugeschickt – inklusive einer genauen Beschreibung, wo sich der Kasten befindet. Sehr praktisch und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt zwar direkt neben einer Tankstelle, dennoch ist es innen absolut ruhig. Auch im Haus selbst herrscht eine angenehme Ruhe. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich zudem ein Café, das man erreicht, ohne das Gebäude verlassen zu müssen – perfekt, um morgens in Hausschuhen schnell einen Kaffee zu holen. Die Straßenbahn ist in etwa zehn Minuten erreichbar, und in der direkten Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants sowie ein vielfältiges, eher alternatives Kulturangebot. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten sowie eine Couch, die zusätzlichen Schlafplatz für zwei Personen bietet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und besitzt einen großen Esstisch. Ich war mit meinem erwachsenen Sohn dort, der während des Aufenthalts arbeiten musste, und wir hatten mehr als genug Platz. Für vier Personen (zwei Paare) ist die Wohnung ideal, und auch sechs Personen können für eine kurze Zeit gut unterkommen. Als mir auffiel, dass einer der drei Fernseher nicht funktionierte, rief ich die Servicenummer an und sagte ausdrücklich, dass es nicht eilig sei. Trotzdem kam nach zwei Stunden ein Mitarbeiter vorbei und setzte den Fernseher wieder in Gang – wirklich beeindruckender Service. Alles in allem ein durchweg positiver Aufenthalt.

- super netter Kontakt im Vorfeld, so wie all die Jahre zuvor - super unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe (kontaktlos) - es wurde investiert in das Apartment (neu gestrichen, neues Sofa, neue Lampen) - Wunsch-Apartment wurde realisiert, bestätigt und übergeben - tolles Wlan - mega-geniale Fußbodenheizung; gerade bei dieser Jahreszeit (frostiger Winter)

- Preise auf Grund der Booking.com Algorithmen stark wechselnd über das Jahr hinweg - Mindestaufenthalt zwei Nächte; statt auch mal nur eine Nacht in der Nebensaison -

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schön eingerichtete, großzügig aufgeteilte Wohnung mit Balkon in einem sehr modernen, angenehmen Stadtteil. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Bäckerei mit Frühstücksmöglichkeit direkt im Haus. Sehr gut für Hunde, da Aufzug vorhanden und Grünflächen sowie Hundespielwiese nahe zum Haus. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straße vorhanden. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Schöne Wohnung mit ein paar Mängel

Das Appartement ist groß und modern eingerichtet. Schöne Deko.Alles war sehr sauber. Die Küche mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Küchentücher,Schwamm,Spülmittel vorhanden. Im Bad auch genügend Platz,große begehbare Dusche.Sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel ist vorhanden.Überwiegend waren wir zufrieden,waren auch nur für 1 Nacht in der Wohnung. Die Aussenrollos sind nur zum Sichtschutz,dunkel machen sie nicht. Die Lage fanden wir sehr gut,in einem gehobenen Wohnviertel.Nachts war es sehr ruhig.Schöner großer Balkon. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe durch Schlüsselsafe und nette Vermieter.Alles nötigen wurde per Mail zeitnah abgewickelt.Das klappte hervorragend.

Ein paar negative Dinge Dinge gab es dennoch.Die Matratze in einem der Schlafzimmer war total durchgelegen,sodas sich in der Mitte eine Kuhle gebildet hat und man immer dort hinein rollt.Das haben auch schon andere Gäste in den Bewertungen angegeben und das schon vor längerer Zeit.Ebenso ist die Couch im Wohnzimmer sehr abgewohnt.Auch das wurde schon mehrfach von Gästen bemängelt. Der Duschkopf müsste auch mal erneuert werden und der Spiegel hängt so hoch das Gäste unter 1,75m ihn gar nicht benutzen können.Aber einen Handspiegel/Schminkspiegel gibt es auch. Die Wohnung ist laut Aushang mit 5 Sternen klassifiziert. Das Niveau hat sie durch o.g. Mängel sicher nicht.

Herbsturlaub

Bei kleinen Problemen wurde sofort reagiert. Nach der Hälfte des Urlaubs erfolgte eine komplette Zwischenreinigung, sowie auch Handtuchwechsel. Senseo Pads wurden zur Verfügung gestellt, jedoch jedes war einzeln verpackt 😔. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch gemütlich. Also Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungstouren im Schwarzwald sehr gut geeignet, auch sehr gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt.

Die Absaugung im Badezimmer lief 24/7 durch, sie konnte man nicht abstellen.Ich denke, dass könnte man besser lösen. Auch würde ein Trockner das Angebot der Wohnung ergänzen.
