Clean, good-sized apartment with easy transit access and conveniently located for exploring Old Town

Easy walking distance (7-10min) from the train station, and similarly easy access to Freiburg's Old Town (and the Christmas markets). Apartment was quiet (didn't hear traffic noise from the main road), with generously sized bedrooms.

Little bit of confusion on arrival around whether needing to meet someone at the apartment to get the keys or go to the Freiburg Appartements Friedrichring reception to pick them up, but was resolved quite quickly.

Fantastic time with family at the Christmas Market.

The apartment is centrally based in Freiburg. We came to go to the Christmas market and it was only 100 metres away from the apartment. We booked a parking space which was easy to find. We were taken to the apartment and everything was explained very clearly. The apartment is very well equipped and was spotlessly clean. I would certainly recommend it to anyone coming to Freiburg.

Peaceful, comfortable and pleasant stay during the holiday season with Christmas markets!

The apartment was very comfortable and nice. There was a lot of natural light that made it even more pleasant. The beds are really comfortable. The shower is great too!

Good choice if you want to visit Freiburg

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Freiburg! The location is perfect — just a short walk from the train station and the city center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The apartment is incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay — from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras that make it feel like home.

If we were to suggest one small improvement, it would be to replace the pillows for added comfort. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would happily stay here again!

not too far away from rail station by foot.. Close to the old town.... Beautiful appartment. 2 bathrooms and 2 double bedrooms. No sound from other rooms. Heated railings in the bathrooms. Large lounge.... good wifi... washing machine.

Was not sure where to find the keys but I may not have read it properly. The man was obviously looking out for us because he came and found us so to be honest nothing to dislike. Apartment was really nice.

I would totally recommand

Very nice, big and confortable apartment. Very nice located near the train station and near to the city center. Everything you need to cook at home and very nice hosts. We had a great time and would definitely come again.

Excellent value, a good location, and modern rooms make this a great place to stay in Freiburg.

The rooms were large and recently updated. The neighborhood was not fancy but a short walk to the historic Altstadt. The staff was very helpful with finding a parking place for the larger rental car we had.

Some of the linens had some stains and were worn. Extras in the linen closet were fine though. One bedroom's air conditioner was being replaced. Luckily, the weather was chilly enough to allow us to open a window to cool the room.

Apartment was fine, well located, stocked

Hidden charges from booking.com. we were not told at any part of the booking process that children over 2 were extra. The confirmation email didn't even mention children's ages.

Very spacious rooms, very clean, modern amenities in the kitchen. Coffee pods were provided. Right by the city's main attractions. The staff was very helpful.

Great apartment, great location, parking an issue

Great location. Easy to walk into the main square and market. Great facilities

The keys to our apartment were changed halfway through our stay....we had no knowledge of this before we checked in and it concerned us from a security point of view. Also, we paid nearly £80 for a car parking space during our stay. On one occassion, a car was parked behind us and we couldn't get out when we wanted. And then, we returned one day to find 2 electrician vans in our parking bay. In fairness, they were working in the apartments and were moved within 10 mins. However, at no time were we informed that our parking space would be used....they had no idea when we would return or whether we wanted to be in and out. To our minds, if you pay for a parking space it is yours for the duration.

Great location and comfortable beds.

The property is in a great location. Has 3 decent sized bedrooms, one bathroom, a tiny bathroom. a living room and a kitchen. This worked great for our group. The kitchen had a fresh scrub and towel. The customer service was great. Someone would respond to my messages right away.

Just a suggestion: The kitchen could have been better equipped with oil, spices, large trash bags, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, kitchen towels, coasters and containers. We needed firmer pillows. Perhaps a good idea to have a few more pillows. The washing machine’s soap dispenser was dirty and the dishwasher’s soap had some residues. The bathrooms had some mold. There was a big spiderweb in the living room. If these minor glitches are fixed then it is a 10/10 property.

Clean and spacious apartment for a comfortable stay.

Spacious and clean apartment, near train station and walking distance to eateries and supermarkets. Instructions to check in were clear. We had problems with operating the washing machine, and the person in charge personally came to check and taught us how to use it.

Air conditioning was not working, we were informed that the technician came to check but it was not repaired for the three days that we were there. However, fans were provided and the weather wasn’t that hot at night, so it was not problematic for us.

Excellent, modern apartment close to the old town.

Location is great- so central to the old town. Also liked the 2 bathrooms for two bedrooms. The staff were very helpful with carrying our suitcases up to the 2nd floor.

It’s quite noisy as it’s on a main road. The curtains in 1 bedroom are too thin for sleeping.

Convenient, clean, spacious, well-equipped apartment at the edge of the Freiburg Old Town

We absolutely loved our stay, from the excellent communication before our visit, to the easy and friendly check-in and key pickup, to the clean, spotless apartment itself. Our apartment was on the first floor (no lift), comfortable, quiet, and well equipped, including the kitchen, which had plenty of cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, etc. The location was fantastic, an easy walk from the train station and just across the street from the edge of the old town and a wonderful grocery store (Alnatura), where we bought much of our food. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We wish the kitchen would have had a bit more space to do meal prep or use more than one appliance on the counter at a time (like a toaster and a kettle). But this was not a big deal.

Spacious apartment, functional, clean, on a busy street.

We were happy to find an accommodation that was able to accommodate five people. It was clean, really spacious, and functional. It had a washing machine, which is rare in apartments and was mostly welcomed after a 2-week trip - unfortunately, no dryer, but we found a clothes dryer, and with the fan blowing, the laundry was drying overnight.

The Friedrichstrasse is a really busy street. It is loud until late (or early). We had to keep the windows open, as the apartment had no air conditioning, and the traffic was bothersome at times. Also, the pillows were not perfect. We bought some for ourselves at IKEA. We mentioned it to the management, and I think they bought new ones for the apartment.

Good place to stay close to downtown

Location, clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms and a Washer.

Reservation of the parking was complicated and didn't work out. We had only 2 large towels for 5 people. It's a bit noisy because the apartment is next to a busy street and it's hot in the summer so you have to leave the windows open which makes it pretty noisy.

Very nice apartment in Freiburg im Breisgau.

The apartment size. The living room is huge. We love that the apartment has two small but fully equipped bathrooms which is rare among rented apartments. Location is good every important places are within walking distance. The washing machine is also available and the host provides two clothes drying racks.

The kitchen is very small. We are also unfortunate to face problem with refrigerator.

Lovely unit! Communicative hosts!

We were a little early and staff was so kind to let us in to put our luggage even though the facility was still being cleaned. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

The apartment has a wonderful location -- though traffic and partying crowds can be heard into the night. It's not terrible but it is something to be aware of! Because it was a hot summer week, we had the windows open. I think if the windows were closed this wouldn't have been an issue at all.

enjoyable stay for the most part aside from the noise of outside sirens

the location was convenient and the apartment was quite comfortable in terms of facilities and space.

being on a main road, there were constantly emergency vehicles going past with incredibly loud sirens. given that there was no air conditioning in the apartment, we had to leave the windows open. it was very annoying to have to hear the sirens all day and all night long.
