a couple of very minor changes would make a significant improvement: there is a deficit of hooks to hang clothing, especially in the bathroom, where there are 2 sets of shelving, but hooks are needed to dry damp items coffee in the morning is important for many people, but many do not like filter or pad coffee, so a small espresso machine would be a real improvement

Es una casa espaciosa, muy bien equipada, con una cafetera fantástica y todo lo necesario, hasta lavavajillas. Tiene una mesa con sillas en el jardín ideal para tomar algo al sol. La zona es espectacularmente tranquila. En fin, una maravilla. Lo recomiendo para quien quiera tener una base para visitar los pueblos de la Selva Negra.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo alloggi nonostante le difficoltà iniziali a fare il checkin.

L'appartamento è molto grande e ben distribuito, lo abbiamo trovato in perfetto stato di pulizia. Fornito di tutto il necessario per cucinare e passare del tempo anche in casa. Bello il giardino e comodi i posti auto lungo la strada davanti a casa in cui siamo riusciti facilmente a parcheggiare

Il check in è stato un pò difficile in quanto chi ci doveva accogliere/comunicare dove erano le chiavi non è stato reperibile all'orario di arrivo (preventivamente indicato). Siamo riusciti ad entrare perché le chiavi erano sulla porta della casa e abbiamo chiesto indicazioni ad una vicina. Dopo quasi un'ora dal nostro arrivo il responsabile ha risposto alle mie chiamate/messaggi ma a quel punto gli ho comunicato che eravamo già entrati (senza attendere sua risposta perché aspettare in macchia a gennaio non ci sembrava il caso)

excellent séjour

Très bien placé, à une dizaine de km de Fribourg-en-Brisgau, pas loin de Colmar et de la frontière française, nous avons pu aussi passer très facilement 1 journée à Bâle, accessible en 45 mn de voiture. Muzingen est un petit bourg où l’on peut aussi très bien manger sur place (3 restaurants). La maison est très facile à trouver, calme, spacieuse, avec un petit jardin, bien équipée, literie confortable et 1 chambre séparée.

Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und schnell. Super war auch, dass wir zwei Personen nachbuchen konnten :).

Die Matratze im Ehebett im Familienzimmer war für uns leider zu weich und die Decken etwas zu warm. Sehr gerne hätten wir Leselampen an den Betten gehabt.

Uns hat es nicht gefallen! Die Möbel sind zum Teil recht abgewohnt! Ich verstehe auch nicht die hervorragenden Bewertungen bei Booking com!!

Das Kunststoffbezug des Bettes im Schlafzimmer ist sehr abgenutzt. Optisch nicht akzeptabel… Die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen! Es fehlen definitiv Haken im Bad. Der Vermieter erhielt zu den gleichen Punkten schon einmal eine schlechtere Bewertung! Ich bin verwundert, dass sich nichts geändert hat …
