The bedrooms were huge, with king beds and TVs in both. Kitchen and bathroom were really nice as well and everything was clean and looked beautiful. Location was in a nice area outside of Freiburg city, close to lots of grocery stores and tram/bus stops. Having parking was really nice as well, although a bit tight of a parking lot.
Kitchen didn't have many utensils. There was no bread knife, steak knives or medium-large coffee mugs. Windows in kitchen were nice but it did feel weird that anyone outside in the parking lot could look right through the sliding door and see us completely. It needs sheer curtains at least. Bathroom curtains need to be a bit wider as well. When i was in the shower, i could see clearly outside through the window where the curtain didnt cover and at night especially, I'm sure people can see right in to someone showering. There was a lot of noise at night as well, and with no AC, we had to have the windows open a little. Sirens and people talking loudly right outside our window woke me up a lot. Location is a bit of a walk from town, about 25 mins to the centre, but it didnt feel like it was that long of a walk.

Modern eingerichtet, im Familienappartment sehr viel Platz und sehr sauber.
Support ist sehr schnell und nett. Wir hatten nämlich keine Checkin Infos bekommen und daraufhin die angegebenen Mobilnummern kontaktiert, als wir vor Ort waren. Daraufhin aber wir sofort alle Infos bekommen.
Die Lage war nicht ideal. Im EG mit großen Fenstern zum Innenhof eines Wohnkomplexes war man quasi auf dem Präsentierteller. Die Wohnung hat leider keine Vorhänge. Wir hatten also in fast allen Fenstern ganztags die Rollos unten für Privatsphäre. Leider ziemlich ungemütlich. Und in der Küche, wo am meisten reingeschaut werden konnte und die Tür zum Bad lag, gab es noch nicht mal Rollos.
Kochen kann man auch nur sehr rudimentär. Es fehlen einige Basics, wie Schneidebrett, scharfes Messer, ggf. Mikrowelle. Fürs Frühstück hat es aber gereicht.
Preis-Leistung stimmt für uns nicht ganz.
