comfortable for a family for a short stop

was welcomed by receptionist, got keys and instructions for the parking, as well as for the checkout. I like that there was a bakery just underneath, so easy to get breakfast. found most relevant information in the apartment. I liked that it had (paying) an underground parking, but to find the parking space, as well as the correct exit from the parking into the staircase could be marked better, but the receptionst informed alrady about it.

In the bathroom there was smell of cigarettes from the ventilaton. Probably from a neighboring apartment, so had to keep the bathroom door closed, else the whole apartment would smell. The allocated parking (V70) was very tight between pillars, especially when other cars were parked opposite.

Perfect apartment for an 8 day-stay.

Proximity to shopping and easy access to town by car or tramway. Cleanliness and comfort of the bed. Friendly and very helpful staff.

The fees for parking 15 € and for the dog 15 € are too high.

Great apartment in Freiburg at an excellent price

The apartment was really clean and big. We were 5 adults and the beds were big enough and quite comfortable. The apartment comes equipped with everything you need and is excellent for the price. We even meet part of the staff and they were super friendly!

the appartement was big enough for 3, pretty and very clean. I really love the large bathroom and the equipments provided. the place in the car park was also a +. Marcel has been an incredible host giving us great advice to find a nice restaurant. we exchanged a bit before the trip and I can only thank him for his kindness and professionalism. we will definitely come back!

The best place to stay in Freiburg!

The place, the size of the apartment. There were very clean and nice. I forgot my laptop’s cable in the apartment and they sent it to me by post! It was very nice of them! I appreciate it very much.

Good studio apartments at great location

The staff especially Beatrice was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was seamless. The rooms were spacious and good.

The plug points do not support USB port. They need to be upgraded.

Clean, spacious, has everything you need, friendly personnel, good parking facility including wall outlet for EV charging. They arranged two additional beds for our children, all at no charge.

superb Apartment

The property is located in a very good location, close to public transport with good connection to the city centre. Many supermarkets are near by. Everything is provided in the apartment. The bathroom was huge and even stand for drying clothes was provided.

The pillows in the bedroom could be improved.

Good

The location, the parking for only 10€ by day, the possibility of charging your electrical car, the bakerei on the ground floor, the location 5 minutes on foot from the next Straßenbahn (city train) and 15 minutes from the city center (using public transport). The appartment was well equiped, had a good Wifi connection and a balcony with a nice view on the nearby hill.

The only reason why I am giving a 7 instead of a 9 was the too soft mattress, which was very umfortable for me.

Great apartment for staying with big family. Easy to find.

Perfect place for staying overnight when travelling with family with 3 children. It was a big apartment with well equipped kitchen and bakery on the ground floor to have a breakfast. It was quiet and close to city center, 15 min by tram which is in front of the house.

The bathroom is fine, although the shower could be better equipped with little extras for the guests.

The room has everything I need. The bathroom is bigger than enough. It is perfectly clean. The bed is not too soft which is great for me. The kitchen is functional. 30 minutes walk away from the old city.

It may be a little bit noisy cause of the road. I had to keep the windows closed during the night but there is an ac/fan so it's not hot

lovely apartment, suited us as a family of 4 for a 2 night stay

Not a simple check in, especially with a car, received wrong code to access key, staff were attentive to this but it delayed our entry in very hot conditions for about an hour which was frustrating for all the family. The corridor leading to apartment on arrival hot and neighbouring apartment had shoes and bag of dirty nappies outside which created quite an unpleasant smell! although this was not the case inside the apartment which was clean and pleasant. The instruction to clean the floor before we depart or be charged additional was not what I expect from a holiday stay.

Clean, quiet, spacious and 10 min tram to the city center

Finding the keys wasn't really easy and they gave a wrong code so we had to wait an hour to access. They promptly addressed and called back but still an annoyance. Luckily we had a car so we could leave luggage in it and visit the city while they were fixing...

Check in were tricky No AC that's made our stay really terrible Beds Mattress were disaster, really un comfortable Not easy to find parking neighbors were showed not good (their shoes and trolly outside the apartment)

Spacious rooms, new kitchen

Location - 20 minutes from city center, with public transport was a little bit long. Location - the building was next to the road and railway. It was really loud at nights (earplugs didn't help). Rooms were extremely hot (we stayed during heatwave) and one could not open windows because of above-mentioned reason. Fans didn't help either. No room service. Reception is open only at certain times. Considering the reasons above was a bit expensive
