Easy, comfortable place to stay.

I had to book a place last minute due to a hospital stay of family member. I received information regarding check in and key collection immediately. Easy parking. Easy key box collection. Clean, comfortable accommodation. Easy walk to the wonderful old town. I will definitely be back to explore and enjoy the town properly. Thank you 🙏

O.k., aber nicht so herausragend wie bewertet.

Ruhig gelegen, alles da, was man benötigt. Parkplatz im Hof inclusive.

Auf der Terrasse lag der Müll des Vormieters (Dosen, Flachen, Zigarettenschachtel). Das habe ich direkt bei der Ankunft gemeldet - bis heute leider keine Reaktion des Vermieters. 2 wackelige Stühle + Toilettenbrille, Lampe fiel fast von der Decke. Terrassenmöbel verdreckt. Die Wohnung bräuchte mal eine "Makeover" für den Preis.

Wie immer, ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Nachdem schon öfters in der Appartementanlage übernachtet habe, habe ich diesmal überraschenderweise ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein grösseres Appartement erhalten. Das Appartement war wesentlich grösser und sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Mir hatte zwar auch die kleinere Wohnung gefallen, dies war aber trotzdem eine schöne Überraschung.

Das Appartement lag direkt zur Strasse hinaus. D.h., abends konnte man, bei Licht, von aussen in die Wohnung reinsehen. Um dies zu unterbinden, mussten die Läden geschlossen werden.

Schöne Wohnung stadtnah und ruhig gelegen

Die Wohnung liegt stadtnah und trotzdem ruhig. Parkplatz ist kostenlos vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist komfortabel und zweckmäßig. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für Übernachtung und Frühstück benötigt. Die kleine Terrasse ist ist schön. Das Einchecken mit Code war unkompliziert und der Raum für Müllentsorgung außen ist praktisch.

Die Deckenlampe war locker und hing runter, so dass man die Kabel sehen konnte. Der WC-Sitz war locker. Terrasse , die Schränke innen und die Abstellkammer könnten mal wieder gereinigt werden.

Zu dem Preis sehr gut

Lage und Ausstattung sowie das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Alles etwas heruntergekommen. Toilettenbrille nicht richtig befestigt. Eine der Duschtüren nicht nach außen zu öffnen. Keine Birne in der Stehlampe am Bett. Noch Wasser in der Kaffeemaschine, keine Kapseln, obwohl auf den Bildern zu sehen. Renovierung erforderlich.

Ansprechpartner vor Ort war unfreundlich. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft nicht komplett sauber.

Schön,wir würden wiederkommen.

Es ist ein sauberes ruhiges Apartment. Wir durften bereits etwas früher einchecken. Ca.15 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Wir hätten gerne gewusst wie die Heizung eingeschaltet wird. Und wir hätten gerne eine Teekanne vorgefunden.

Tolles kleines Appartment für Kurzurlaub in Freiburg

Tolle Lage, Parkplatz, schöne moderne, gemütliche Einrichtung. Gut ausgestattete Küche.

Bett etwas niedrig, Aufstehen an der Wandseite wegen Enge etwas schwierig. Platzdecken/ Untersetzer oder Tischdecke wäre gut. Ebenfalls Info- Mappe mit Gerätebedienungs- und Hausordnungshinweisen.

Sauber, gut ausgestattet, zu Fuß rasch in der Innenstadt und parken im Innenhof sehr modern sehr gerne wieder!!!!
