Perfect location for Christmas markets!

It is comfortable and enjoyable stay

Host was extremely supportive all time and easy to reach to provide continuous support. Also apartment location with parking was in very good locations near to each other. Apartment was perfect contains all what you need

Great location for a night in Freiburg.

Location Bedroom was spacious Light & airy.

Entrance is a bit of a building site, dated & tired - hopefully this will improve. The living area could be designed better especially if you need to use it as a sleeping area too.

Very central apartment in Freiburg

Very central and convenient.

It looks much better on the photos. It doesn’t have blackout curtains to cover the windows, just a see-through one. The apartment was really cold and it took a while to warm up. It announced that has car garage but it didn’t have availability. We had to pay 22€.

We happened to encounter a heatwave…temps over 90 Fahrenheit. The fans helped but it would have been more efficient with another fan in each apartment. We had 3.

Great location and very comfortable beds.

Beds were very comfortable and great black out shutters. Proximity to market was amazing. Washing machine is very beneficial. 2 apartments together worked well for a large family.

Floors felt cheap and should be done with real wood or tile, not vinyl. Same as wood wallpaper.

Amazing … everything we needed , well thought out for all guest needs . Perfect location for the Altstadt and local area . Fantastic transport links in and out . Great little bars , places to eat and a supermarket just over the road . We will most definitely come back ! Thank you !

We loved the cleanness and the space! The location is great . You get the Keys on a box , so you dont neeed to wait for the owner to arrive. Very recommended option for family of 4 or a couple that wants a kitchen and a sofa plus a full room. Thanks ! JF

Great location, not very clean and lacks some organization on the part of the staff.

great location, in the city centre and pedestrian zone. spacious rooms, renovated kitchen and bathroom. there was also a coffee machine available.

Upon arrival the keys are left in a safe box and retrieved with a code. We were left the wrong set of keys and did not have the key to the building entrance, so we had to call and wait for someone to open the door. The sheets for the sofa were not changed, we were given the clearly used sheets, had to call for someone to come and bring the clean sheets. the floor was full of hair, clearly not cleaned properly. as well we were told that there is parking availability to book to be then told a few hours later that parking is not available, when we were already on the way and had to them search for alternatives.

Overall it was a pretty good stay for two nights.

Comfortable bed and well organized appartement. Most necessary utensils were there. All windows had shutters. Great location. There is a TV and a comfy couch as well as a round table to eat and/or do some work. Spacious bedroom.

Only two and very soft pillows. Could use more and of different thickness. Did not find a hair dryer. The toaster was quite dirty. Also the toilet could use a bit more cleaning.

Superb

The apartment is situated on the very central street opposite the Minster. It is a big, spacious flat with the necessary equipment. We forgot our phone in the flat on our checkout, the hosts did their best to come and open the door of the flat for us. So we could catch our train.

The sink in the bathroom is not running. The towels are not white but have turned greyish.

We rented two apartments and one had a very strong smoke smell even after opening windows for ventilation and lasted our entire 4 day stay. The wifi didn’t work (we ended up using the free Freiburg wifi) and no one answered our phone calls for assistance.

It is unreasonable to be asked to do your own cleaning with a threat of being charged more this should be made clear in the advert. The key for access to the building was not kept with the key in the key safe, as a result when we went out we were locked out of the building and it was only afterwards we found the key to the building in the apartment. We were only given details of the car park space after we had arrived and had parked elsewhere. We subsequently received an invoice for the parking which we are disputing.
