Nice apartment, close to the city center and good neighborhood

easy to get the key from the key box elevator, as our apartment was located on the 1st floor Free and safe parking inside the main courtyard new building, living room / bathroom / bedroom were offering lot of space

a microwave to quickly head up things was missing (not necessarily a minus) the build in ventilator from the kitchen could not be stopped and this was a bit annoying due to the produced noise

Modern und stilvolles Apartment mit guter Anbindung an die Freiburger Altstadt.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete und moderne Ferienwohnung. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Unkomplizierter Check-in und -out. Prima Kommunikation. Gute Erreichbarkeit der Freiburger Innenstadt über die Straßenbahn.

Wenn in Freiburg, dann im km8!!!!

Toll gelegene (Bäcker um die Ecke, zum Centrum ca 20min zu Fuß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe) , modern und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung mit dem kleinen Extra an Komfort (Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen, Kaffeemaschine mit Bohnen, Waschmaschine). Alles absolut sauber und einen festen Parkplatz im Innenhof gibt's es auch noch. Besser geht's kaum.

Am Anfang war die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin etwas "holprig", dann hat aber alles gut geklappt. Der Blick vom Balkon geht auf die (relativ ruhige) Straße. Uns hat es nicht groß gestört. Ebensowenig wie der Blick auf drei "Altauto-Händler". Aber wir wollten ja die Stadt und die Umgebung erkunden und nicht den Balkon. Aber der Vollständigkeit halber sei es angemerkt, dass es daher leider nicht für die volle Punktzahl gereicht hat. Seeehr knapp daneben

Haben uns wohlgefühlt, kommen gern wieder!

Die Lage war toll, kurzer Weg zur Straßenbahn, unser Lieblingslokal war bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, die Innenstadt ebenfalls nicht allzu weit. Die Straße war ruhig, der Parkplatz prima, sehr angenehm!

Der Ausblick auf das Geschäft eines Autohändlers war nicht so toll. Aber die Wohnung und alles andere dafür um so besser...!

Für eine Nacht ausreichend- aber maximal für drei Personen geeignet

Es handelt sich um ein schönes und relativ neues Gebäude mit privatem Parkplatz. Es war sehr einfach, den Schlüssel über den Schlüsselsafe zu erhalten. Das Apartment verfügt über einen Balkon.

Leider war die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer absolut unbequem. Meiner Meinung nach sogar komplett ungeeignet. Schon gar nicht für zwei Personen. Irgendetwas ( eine Lüftung oder der Kühlschrank ?!?) in der Küche brummt die ganze Nacht und es lässt sich nicht abstellen. Die Fenster waren leider sehr schmutzig, was bei dem sonnigen Wetter natürlich besonders auffiel. Insgesamt war es nur mäßig sauber. Im Bad und auch auf dem Fußboden im Wohnbereich lagen einige Haare.

Locatie, mooi appartement van alle luxe voorzien. De parkeerplaats is erg handig

Buen alojamiento para Friburgo. Repetiría.

Nos gustó que tuviera parking, la ubicación y que el apartamento y las instalaciones son muy nuevas

No nos gustó las almohadas y que el sofá cama es muy incómodo porque el colchón es muy fino. Deberían poner algo más cómodo.

Tolle Wohnung! Zum Schlafen ist das Ausziehsofa ungeeignet!!

18 min von der Altstadt gelegen! Gute Aufteilung der Räume. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Die Schlafcouch ist nicht für 2 Erwachsene geeignet. Super unbequem! Quietscht bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung. Viel zu dünne Matratze. Man liegt wie in einer Kuhle.

Buena experiencia en una bonita Ciudad

El apartamento está muy bien. No está en el centro, pero es un paseo corto. A cambio, la zona es muy tranquila y por la noche no hay ruido. Parking para el coche en el edificio

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Komfort in idealer Lage für einen Urlaub in Freiburg.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Auch die Lage ist prima, so dass man die Innenstadt entweder zu Fuß oder mit der S-Bahn bequem erreichen kann. Bei gutem Wetter ist es außerdem schön, einen Balkon zu haben.

Das Klappsofa im Wohnzimmer ist zum Schlafen nicht wirklich gemütlich. Wir würden es zwar für zwei Kinder, aber nicht für Erwachsene empfehlen. Störend haben wir nachts aufgrund der Geräuschentwicklung zudem die Dauerbelüftung in der Küche empfunden. Hier haben wir nicht herausgefunden, ob man sie evt. auch abschalten könnte.
