A peaceful, enjoyable stay at Millies cottage we have re-booked again already for next year

Everything was perfect from moment we collected the keys to the day we left.The house was in a lovely quiet location close to the town.All the bedrooms & bathrooms were of a good size , the beds were comfy, there was constant hot water and very good heating which was nice to come back to after a chilly day out and about in Keswick.Kitchen had everything you needed , couldn’t fault our stay.

Really good. It was a smaller property however had everything we needed for a greet stay

It had 3 bedrooms which was a real bonus with 2 teenage kids

The location was great for exploring Keswick. The house was clean and well equipped.

Broken arm chair in lounge - it was not easy relax as a family as someone had to use a dining chair.

Excellent location. Ticked all the boxes, well equipped, could roast our Christmas Turkey. Netflix. Nice flame effect gas fire. Short walk to town.

An extra role of toilet paper, some bin liner bags and surface cleaner spray would have been useful. particularly since staying over a holiday weekend.

Fantastic little cottage in an excellent location!

The cottage was really nice. It had everything we needed as a family with great facilities. It is in fantastic location for easy access to the town centre 2min walk. The cottage was clean and well presented.

The cottage is 3 storeys so there are quite a few steps inside, this wasn’t an issue for us, but could be an issue for someone with walking difficulties.

The cottage was clean and tidy with comfortable settees and beds. The kitchen was well equipped.

The property was dull, cold and not overly welcoming. It contained all of the basics but didn’t feel cosy or have a wow factor.

Great place in lovely Keswick with lots of walks right on the doorstep

Lovely place to stay. Has everything you need.

We weren't told about the key code before we arrived and had to go to the office in Keswick. We weren't told that we wouldn't be able to access the property till after 5pm. It would have been great to have been told this before we left home. Parking is difficult.

Location was good. Clean. Good furniture. Plenty of crockery . Well equipped. Comfortable. Well presented. Warm and plenty of hot water. Good shower pressure.

The windows - most didn't open which meant the house felt stuffy. Especially the kitchen when cooking. The blinds were hard to use, didnt always open and let far too much light in for bedrooms. We were woken each day by the light. The layout/number of stairs/ difficulties parking made loading and un loading the car stressful in the rain!
