Location, facilities, good quality furniture etc
Only criticism is that, unlike many other properties, we had to pay 100% rental at time of booking, and there was no cancellation clause
Also, there were two sets of contradictory instructions re arrival and departure. One said 1700/0900, which was not particularly user friendly, while the other said 1500)1000, which was fine

We've stayed in Keswick for 8 holidays now and Windsor house was by far and away the best accommodation we've stayed in. Really well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds with lovely bed linen. Lovely extra touches like a selection of games and consoles. Location was really central, perfect for us. We will definitely be back again.
