Book this! It's perfect!

The house, the location, the comfort, the provided utilities, the attention to detail. (We had a lovely decorated Christmas tree!) Honestly everything. A true home away from home that we looked forward to spending a lazy morning in and returning to everyday. I'm sad we stayed merely a week. Everything you need is provided, and what isn't is clearly communicated in advance, so you don't stumble into panicked shopping trips. The house, its lockbox and parking options are easy to find, and you're only a short walk away from everything you need. Take a few steps out of the house and you have a beautiful view. As many before me, I would like to highlight the mudroom and laundry equipment as well as provided entertainment. They were truly appreciated after a night walk along the Cumbria Way and a rainy trip to Latrigg in a poor choice of boots. Hang your things in the mudroom, go take a shower and put on your favourite comfort wear, then get some tea and watch a dvd on one of the comfiest couches I've ever sat down on. Or read, play board games, enjoy some radio, cook a lovely meal with whoever you're there with (yes, everything was clean and the knives were sharp!). I could go on forever. Do yourself a favour and book this house. And to our hosts: thank you very much for offering this lovely accommodation.

We had a wonderful weeks hiking in the lakes with a lovely & comfortable house to return to & relax

The house was very central, yet quiet, close to all the amenities of Keswick. We stayed for a weeks hiking, there is a handy porch at the rear for storing all your walking Kit. The house was nicely decorated and spotless, Kitchen was new and well equipped, also had a Smart tv in living room if you cant live without your streaming channels :) The host Terresa was very prompt with her communications and made herself available if you needed anything which we didn't. I will certainly stay here again & would highly recommend the property.

Information about putting bins out, could have been more apparent, as we did not see it until after bin collection day. Plus your neighbours are using your bins. Booking.Com provided the wrong PIN of 7313.

Lovely central and very comfortable stay

very comfortable, well presented and clean property a very short stroll from town centre - also dog friendly which was important for us

no back garden but this was not an issue with town so close - parking can be busy but even at the weekend we found a nearby space

Very clean, lovely decorated, smart TV, comfy couch, very nice bathroom. Great location and free parking right outside. Nice quiet street and easy to find.

The beds are a little uncomfortable, maybe they need a mattress topper . But this won't put me off staying again.

Exceptional

I stayed here with a few friends for a Lake District adventure getaway and it was absolutely perfect! The location is in a lovely residential street in the lovely town of Keswick, with absolutely spectacular views of Skiddaw right around the corner of the street, and gorgeous mountain tops visible out the bedroom window. The house is spotless with amazing facilities such as a dishwasher and lovely big clean bathroom. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to make the most of the absolutely wonderful Lake District. Hosts were also extremely helpful and kind.

Gorgeous cottage in a fab location. Great communication prior to arrival. Cottage had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean! We had a fantastic stay at Felltop Cottage! Would 100% recommend!
