Excellent location, right next to a park which we had never noticed on previous visits to Keswick. Only 10 minute walk to the town centre
Parking was a bit of a problem but managed to park fairly close by when we couldn’t park outside. I do feel sorry for the residents having to cope with that all the time.

The size and the location of the property was very good.
Musty smell and a mouse ran across the kitchen. Showing its age.

Very comfortable stay in a beautiful and convenient location. The flat is a veritable Tardis and was clean and well equipped throughout. Our host, Gill, was very quick to answer questions we had about the property.
WIFI connection is quite poor (not an issue for me- but with 2 teenagers, this was a source of a little frustration). Much better to get out into the great outdoors anyway.

Great location, spacious, 2 bathrooms, all on ground floor.
Funny smell when you enter property, mixture of damp smell and strong bleach. Internet speed very poor when working, internet dropped out frequently. Property very dated and long overdue an update or even to be decorated. Wallpaper peeling off walls, painted walls heavily stained, outside of property, peeling paint, rotten bench that can’t be used. Flooring in places uneven with floor coverings poorly laid. Leaking taps in kitchen and shower over bath.
