Fantastic location in Keswick

Both outside lights over both doors didn't work, small thing to change the bulbs. Wooden gates binding and catch bent again simple fix. House was very cold up infill the day we left, but old properties take time to warm up our house is the same. None of the above would put me off booking it again

Lovely place to stay, we will be back again without doubt
Beautiful house, very comfy beds with lots of pillows, spacious and warm. Aside from a couple of minor things it was exceptionally clean.
Minor things. Used dog poo bags left in the garden by some previous occupants (not owners fault but something to check for while cleaning perhaps), shower could use a good scrub with a bleach spray

Lovely
Lovely location in a lovely town. A great location for going into Keswick during the day/evening and also for exploring the northern Lakes.
The only thing that could make the holiday better would be some wood for the fire. Key was a bit tricky to get in.

Great location,lovely house. Had everything we needed.
Main bed mattress must have been old as it was solid and we could both feel the springs through it.
