Lovely long weekend in the lakes with a brilliant base
Right in the heart of town, a minutes walk from Fitz park to let dogs stretch their legs. There's a Spar shop in the opposite street as you leave the property for any emergency groceries. Lots of room, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine, washing and drying facilities. Lovely living room, kitchen diner space with exceptional views on the top floor. Keswick cottages who manage the property are round the corner, really easy to get hold of and very helpful.
The double beds were firm and seemed a bit budget for this price point (you'd expect a king-size really). There's a lot of stairs (52 from street level to the living room on the 3rd floor from memory, definitely keeps you fit) if you are staying with someone who has mobility issues.

lovely views from the living area and the front bedrooms kitchen well equipped and useful utility room on the first floor bathrooms clean and plenty of hot water very convenient for the town centre
overflowing bins near the entrance to the property creaky double bed on the second floor ! lots of stairs , so ideal for fit people 😀

Wonderful stay
The flat was very clean and we'll stocked with everything we needed. Very spacious rooms and two full bathrooms. The living area is on the top floor so we had a good workout with the stairs.
Maybe some more basics, like hand soap and washing up liquid.
