The location was nice and central. The property met our needs. It was clean and pleasant. The heating and water temperature was great, lovely and warm. The property was nice and spacious and provided some lovely views for the different windows (see the photos). It was decorated nicely right through and had a large en-suite, enormous bathroom and a separate toilet on as you enter. So, plenty of toilets.
James was great, he messaged privately to check all was okay and to provide parking details etc. he was very good.
The pillows were not good. They were thin. After laying on them for a long time they felt hard and solid.
The mattresses were okay, but could be better.
In the kitchen it would be useful to provide a roll of foil or grease proof paper for the grill pan. And, oven gloves are definitely required.

The location was good ; the apartment was spacious well equipped & very clean , everything worked well , lots of extra things we weren’t expecting especially the lovely biscuits &coffee . The parking situation worked well , all in all we had a lovely holiday
Would have preferred to have known about steps up to the door the amount of which weren’t mentioned in the accommodation description & we had 2 elderly persons with us .The floor in the en-suite shower was extremely slippy when it got wet & we had to put a towel on the floor of the shower . The property could be found easier with better directions eg “1st turn in off Southey Street “

a really homely and comfortable flat. location is very central just off one of the main streets in Keswick but quiet so great for parking up and leaving the car behind. property really well equipped if you are staying into cook. House very clean, bedrooms large, comfy beds, lovely big bath, good space to leave boots and coats as come through the door. would have no hesitation to use it again if we are a larger group. keswick itself is wonderful, great places to eat and drink and fantastic walks from the door.
response from owner himself was great cant say the same for the letting agent they use. would benefit from a improved lighting to access the property as a little dark at night. we went in november so less busy and could park on a local street. if being very picky may suggest 2 parking permits just due to potential number of guests that could stay
