Brilliant location !

Brilliant location. Glenn was easily contactable and gave very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. Apartment was perfect for a family of 6 and a dog. Kitchen has everything we needed. Having a parking permit was a bonus and saved us a lot of money in parking costs. We will definitely be coming back.

Ideal location right in the heart of Keswick. Apartment was very comfortable with everything you could possibly need for your break. They had literally thought about everything. Host was also very helpful!

The only downside was no outdoor space, but that’s the price you pay for being so central. Otherwise the property was fabulous.

Overall a great place to stay.

Clean tidy house, with plenty of places to eat and drink locally available.

Loud music on the night from the local pubs and bars. So an early night's sleep is no. But it does die down about 12/12.30 so not the end of the world.

Our stay was excellent, we were comfortable and appreciative of the car park.

The property was well located for access to local amenities and as a base to explore the northern lakes. Being within walking distance to a lovely park and good shops was also a bonus.

The property was well maintained and very clean however there didn’t appear to be a fire escape plan anywhere in the apartment or in the downstairs entrance. The kitchen bench also needs to be fixed.

Lovely place to stay

The apartment was clean, well presented, free parking included and car park really close. Everything you would expect in terms of cooking, utensils, cutlery and crockery was provided. The host communicated really well with me and offered a later check out than usual, which I thought was really kind of him. I expected some noise but the nights were really quiet which was a nice surprise.

Stairs within the apartment leading up to the bedrooms. It's not ideal having to walk down stairs to the toilet in the middle of the night especially for a younger child who might be a little sleepy. Few hairs on bedding and towels, again not ideal.

Spacious and very comfortable apartment with everything you could need. Clean and modern, well organised accommodation with a helpful host, can't fault the apartment at all. Perfect for a stay in central Keswick.

Floor vibrating hip hop bass lines from the neighbours , occasionally shifting to rock later in the evening.

Excellent location. Clean and modern.

Speaking as a 74 year old bungalow dweller the stairs were hard going upon arrival. The bathroom not being on the same floor as the bedrooms was difficult but guess it had to be planned that way. However this shouldn't be a problem for younger people. The score I gave for the photos only reflects the stairs issue for me. They are accurate for the excellent quality of the apartment.

Superb base for a break in the North Lakes

Great Location in the heart of Keswick. Bars, restaurants, and shops all within a short walk. Very clean. Nice quality furnishings. Well equipped kitchen. Free car parking.

showers/toilets were both on a separate floor to the bedrooms. There were several small issues - including a lose stair handrail, noted in the property.

the location was great and the place was spacious and clean. free parking in the car parks thanks to Glen sorting a parking permit in the central car park only a 2 minute walk away

the stairs into the apartment could be an issue for some people with mobility issues but we’re not a problem for us

I will certainly be back

The apartment is located in an absolutely fantastic location. Accommodation was well maintained. Car parking a very shot walk away. I stayed with four friends for the weekend and it was perfect for our needs. No complaints.

If I was travelling with my family (I have very young children) I would look for somewhere with level or lift access to the accommodation.
