Location

Maintenance of property old smelly sofa & stained carpet electrical light in front room wiring exposed. Drain smell. Bedroom furniture chipped & bunk beds unfit for adults.i.y style 'ladder' ridiculous trying to get into the top bunk. 'garden' area at front neglected & back area a few slate chips & a bench awful. Overpriced I have complained, no response

Cosy cottage but be careful on the stairs.

The location is fab and the house nice and clean.

The stairs to the bedroom were very steep and my 86 year old mother chose the sleep on the couch as she was too worried she would fall. We were surprised there was only 1 tea towel and no salt and pepper in the house but managed to pick them up locally Maybe bring these from your own home when you come. Lovely cottage.

The location was excellent, in a quiet area and just a short walk to the Main Street.

The property is in desperate need of a good clean and some tlc. The furnishings and decoration are very tired and in need of a good clean or replacing. There was also a smell of drains in the kitchen and bathroom areas.

location could not be beat , cottage pleasant enough !

not even the makings for a cup of tea on arrival , cottage smelt a bit musky could have done with a few flowers or at least a freshener ! kitchen felt cluttered no where to store provisions !

Great location

Great location, well equipped.

The bathroom needs attention. Towel rail didn’t work which meant bathroom was constantly cold and after having shower the bathroom was completely full of condensation which never cleared for the 2 nights we were there. Extractor fan no use (we suspect that this has been wired incorrectly as it was blowing air into the bathroom rather that extracting it)

A well situated property in the heart of the town centre

The location was brilliant, just seconds away from the town square. The property was cosy and clean. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and ideal.

The property was perfect for a short break and i would certainly book again. The kitchen door handle could do with being replaced as it was loose and we were a little worried what would happen if it came off when the door was shut. The property was well equipped, although i couldnt find a bottle opener.

The location was amazing, right off the square. The cottage is cute and comfy. Had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

the location was good, however the accommodations

the location was excellent

there was lots of dust under the beds and in corners 1 toilet roll provided for 4 people for 3 days no tea or coffee, this is really basic stuff old blood stained towel in the children bedroom. no cleaning facilities for the floor in case of pet accident. there was an empty bottle of floor cleaner.

Great Cottage

Lovely and comfy. Had everything we needed, clean and very central. 30 seconds from Moot Hall.

It wasn't obvious before I'd paid that the bunk beds are really small. My son is about 5ft 8 and it was very tight. Any taller and you would have a problem.

Lovely house, shame about the parking issue.

The central location meant that shops, bars and restaurants were on your doorstep yet you didn't hear the hustle and bustle. The house itself had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay.

Parking. I had issues with the ePermit. Despite providing my car registration in advance and being assured I was covered for the duration of my stay in the Central Car Park I received a Fixed Penalty Notice (£50). What followed was numerous calls to the property agent to get it resolved - seems the ePermit was not issued until Day 3 of my stay.
