Great location and having parking. Nice comfy beds and well equipped kitchen
A couple of the heaters weren't working, so the bathroom was cold. (We did have a towel rail which we plugged into the bedroom to dry our towels)

Počas ubytovania sme zaznamenali dvakrát problém s teplou vodou, no problém bol vždy promptne odstránený.
Kuchyňa veľmi dobre vybavená.
Uvítali by sme viac možnosti na sušenie oblečenia.

Location was awesome
If there had been a drying rack for clothes it would have been handy. 9am vacate was a little bit early, 10am would have been better

Clean and functional kitchen. Plenty of plates and cutlery.
Bath was clean.
Check-out is at 10 am, many properties in Keswick require a hostile 9am check-out.
Very uncomfortable chairs - not good, especially for people with lower back issues.
Floors were not vacuum cleaned.
Bathroom: toilet seat broken. Once toilet is flushed, it takes 10 minutes to refil the tank.
This is a loft conversion, on sunny days it can get very hot. Make sure to lower the blinds in the morning.
Not particularly pleased with the manager. Good luck finding support after 5pm - when the local office closes. Our train was at 2pm, and we requested to leave one bag in the local office, to go for a short walk. They refused with explanation that they do not have insurance for stored luggage. Well, get one! Do something for your customers and their moneys. Hotels do this for their customers.
