Amazing location, with an amazing view. Bigger than expected and everything in the kitchen to cook for when you’re back at the flat.

Very harsh but tight street to property was a bit tricky and would have been perfect if tea coffee and sugar was provided.

Location was excellent. Flat itself is beautiful. Really well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Good WiFi connection. Plenty of storage and space. Warm and bright with beautiful views over the rooftops.

Accessibility was an issue. The flat is at the top of steep stairs so it wasn’t easy to get luggage in and out, plus extra stairs inside the property. Parking was very tight and property/parking was accessed via a very tight alleyway that larger cars couldn’t access. Parking spaces within the courtyard were not easy to get into. Blind in the smaller bedroom was broken and needs replacing. Only other thing is that we could have done with an ironing board. We also had a serious illness in the party prior to travel and the company weren’t at all accommodating when we sought support which was a shame. When we went to pick up keys and drop them off the staff at LakeLovers were quite impersonal and not even remotely welcoming.

Clean and functional kitchen. Plenty of plates and cutlery. Bath was clean. Check-out is at 10 am, many properties in Keswick require a hostile 9am check-out.

Very uncomfortable chairs - not good, especially for people with lower back issues. Floors were not vacuum cleaned. Bathroom: toilet seat broken. Once toilet is flushed, it takes 10 minutes to refil the tank. This is a loft conversion, on sunny days it can get very hot. Make sure to lower the blinds in the morning. Not particularly pleased with the manager. Good luck finding support after 5pm - when the local office closes. Our train was at 2pm, and we requested to leave one bag in the local office, to go for a short walk. They refused with explanation that they do not have insurance for stored luggage. Well, get one! Do something for your customers and their moneys. Hotels do this for their customers.
