Quiet and central to the centre of Keswick, car parking was ideal and safe. Utensil and kitchen equipment was great. Bathroom and living room good, but could not get live TV on bush telly. DVD player and catch up TV saved the day.

It was hot while we rented this property which made it hard to lock or unlock the main front door. TV was hard to get live TV on but could watch on catch up. Bed mattress was not too comfortable, but did sleep well during visit.

The price! This allowed our young family to go on holiday during the Easter holidays last minute. The place was lovely for the money and we had a great trip!

Small thing: there were cigarette butts by the door. Loads of them! These could really do with being cleaned up.

Location with regards to Keswick Town centre is excellent. The kitchen, bathroom, and main bedroom were all decent enough. Living room is fine for 2 people anymore and it would feel cramped. WiFi and parking were good, though the space is quite small with no room to open passenger side doors.

Pull out ironing board in kitchen is very poor

The location is excellent, being two minutes from the centre, with its own parking space, but really quiet and away from the busy crowds. House is modern and generally comfortable and compact with all you will need. There is a small supermarket 50 metres away. Getting access through keybox works well. Keswick itself is fabulous with all the shops bars and restaurants you will need for a holiday, with walks straight from door without a need to drive. It probably had a reasonable rental cost, which I recall was discounted

The fittings and finishes are a bit tired, but you may be able to live with this. But things like the TV taking minutes to kick start and longer to load a channel is frustrating. The mattress and pillows did not make for a good night's sleep and may not suit everyone. A few houskeeping issues could be resolved in minutes, and would really make a difference, such as having all lights working properly, or not having mops and brushes stacked outside, and removing weeds,debris and a cigarette bin from the outside area would make the place a bit more welcoming.
