Location. Comfy bed
Opposite Wetherspoons so it was noisy but that can't be helped. Entrance is very unwelcoming. No curtains. A few other people have commented on this. Hole in the wall from one of the bedroom door handles. Shower screen just isn't long enough. Floor gets wet even after a short shower. A few other people have commented on this. Bathroom needs a re fresh. I've stayed in a lot of holiday properties, some very generous with a welcome package, 1 pint of UHT milk was not generous.
