A fabulous, comfortable and cosy property

A lovely property in a great location, right in the centre of Keswick. Very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished, beds were particularly comfortable. Spacious and very well equipped. Nice to come back to a warm, welcoming property after a days hiking and a useful entry to remove boots, coats, etc. grateful for the complimentary tea & coffee and milk. Felt very safe and secure, despite entering via the rear of the property. Several pubs, bars and restaurants within just a few minutes walk. The bus station is about 7-8 minutes walk.

There was a little traffic noise first thing in the morning, but certainly not excessive.

Our third visit to this lovely, cosy apartment in the center of Keswick. The parking, which is included, is only a 2 minute walk away.

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very quiet despite being on quite a busy road and the parking permit was an added bonus. Our second stay here and would definitely return.

Excellent apartment, fantastic location and beautiful Keswick on your doorstep.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment with plenty space and everything you need, Simon is a great host and went out of his way to help. Plenty of restaurants and bars on the doorstep but also ideal for a night in, lovely warm and cosy.

The only thing that could have improved the stay would be parking at the door but because of the location this is not possible although you can drop your luggage before you go to the car park and then walk the few minutes back to the apartment but it wouldn’t put us off staying again

Great base in Keswick to explore the Lake District

Great location in the heart of Keswick but still quiet during the night. Spacious apartment with comfortable beds and good heating. Good communication with the host and easy lockbox check in. Comes with parking permit for 1 car for the duration of the stay which is useful as parking in Keswick is quite expensive.

Vacuum cleaner was found lying on the stairs on arrival for some reason. Some areas and kitchen utensils were a bit dirty. Shower was cold on the last day, not sure if our party of 3 had used all the hot water…

Beautiful quiet apartment in the perfect location.

It was perfect. Very clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Everything on the doorstep but also very quiet. Free parking was a godsend as it’s so difficult in Keswick. Had an issue with one bed not being made up but that was an honest misunderstanding. The host was around within 20 minutes and sorted it. We loved it so much, we have booked again. Would definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a great time in Keswick, shame about the thunder and lightning but who can predict the weather.

This property was in a really convenient place, not far from everything you’d want to do and see in Keswick. The apartment was lovely with everything you needed, beds really comfortable as was the furniture in the living room/ dining area, nice size TV. Lovely kitchen area, shower was also good.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this property, we booked it for a specific reason (we help out at the Lakesman Triathlon) and it suited our purpose.

Lovely place to stay

Really nice apartment with everything you need. We had a brilliant long weekend here.

As mentioned in a few other reviews, the blinds aren’t very dark which leaves the bedrooms bright early in the morning when the sun rises.

This flat was the perfect place to stay for our Christmas stay in Keswick.

The location of the flat was perfectly set in the heart of Keswick which made it very easy to get around, and it was very helpful that the host provided parking for the duration of the stay. Simon (host) was lovely and very considerate! We truly appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into the furnishing of the flat, and the extra touches like the Christmas tree, the chocolates, the big cupboard in the hallway for our luggage, and the hallway flashlights were big bonuses for us and things that we very much appreciated. The flat was well laid out and we had more than enough room for the four adults that stayed there. We also cooked an elaborate Christmas meal with ease in the kitchen.

The bathroom would benefit from some superficial upgrades, like the storage cupboard had some minor water damage and the design of the shower stall sometimes would lead to a very wet bathroom floor if we weren't careful in angling the showerhead.

Stayed before and has everything you need. Comfortable and clean. The owner is always on hand and very helpful.

Nothing as everything you need for a stay with Keswick town centre on your doorstep. Enjoyed a fab early am yoga class opposite the flat at the alpkit shop. The light needed to be working above the back door and towels need to be a bigger size if I was to be picky.

Cozy and comfy in Keswick

Comms and directions were all good. We loved the super comfortable beds with crisp, white bedding. We didn't use the cooking facilities but it all looked modern and well-equipped. The living area is warm and the TV, Netflix and WiFi are all good. Spotless place. Everything in the town is walkable. We will come again.

It doesn't bother us, but the car parking is round the corner.

Location is great, just off of the main high street. Close to local amenities, and easy to navigate to the lake. Would definitely book again. Simon was great at responding to any enquiries we had and it was a seamless experience overall.

modern and comfortable with a bootroom and utility on the ground floor - great for muddy shoes and wet gear if necessary. Good communication from the host - we will likely book again!

slightly awkward to find and the entrance to the property could have been a little more pleasing on the outside but no big deal. The noise from the pub was particularly disturbing one night but as its a town centre property you do take a chance with noise, so didnt let this bother us too much.
