This cottage is right in the centre of town but is very quiet in the street.

Amazing location right in the centre of Keswick with 2 parking spaces plus on street parking being a huge bonus. Gorgeous walks can be done right from the doorstep. The main bus station is also very close so there is no need to take your car out. Very spacious and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was spotlessly clean.
The stairs to the second floor bedroom are very steep and without a bannister in part which made me nervous when my children went up there.

Love this property, little home away from home. Very clean, comfortable and in my option, great value for money. Location is fantastic, with lots to do in Keswick and throughout the Lakes, don’t be scared to jump on the 555 bus (two mins walk from Roselea, right at Booths) and visit neighbouring places/towns, so much to see.
Couldn’t fault a thing, highly recommend staying at Roselea and can’t wait to book in for next year.
