The apartment was really lovely. We were sent all the instructions before for the door codes and we told the apartment was ready. We were on the second floor and the views were beautiful. It was a perfect location to the bars, restaurant and the lake. It had everything we needed it was really well stocked and lovely quality.
We struggled to find the front door even though we had instructions but I think that was us!

The location is undoubtedly excellent - right in the heart of Keswick, with pubs, shops and restaurants at your doorstep. The property is a decent size and the living area in particular accommodates 4 people well.
It’s a shame the owners haven’t taken previous feedback on board as many of the issues raised in the past remain. There is limited storage in the bedrooms and zero storage in the bathrooms - no hooks or shelves. Nowhere to put toiletries or hang towels. The heated towel rails didn’t work and the kettle was leaking and should be replaced. Most annoying is the bright green led lights in the bedrooms - these make sleeping near impossible.
While these are all fairly minor things, when added together makes for a disappointing stay when considering the price. These things would also be pretty simple to address and would make for a much more pleasant experience.
