Great !

Location, well equipped good communication

Parking is a little tight, so we brought a smaller car (Honda Civic) a van or something would struggle, the builders fencing and posts make it tighter than it needs to be

Curry smell in kitchen and it was overpowering we had to keep kitchen door shut

Noisy

Spacious rooms, clean, light, good bath. It is convenient for the shops.

Very noisy; loud traffic noise, Witherspoons opposite with customers shouting outside until after midnight and building work next door with power tools from 8am and Radio 1 on full blast all day. Light coming into bedroom throughout the night from both street lights and illuminations, with thin curtains. No WiFi Thin walls, so kept awake by snoring from the adjoining property. Lorry blocking drive when we arrived, and impossibly narrow, tight parking. Shop below is a distillery and they work some evenings making a lot of noise.

OK but could be improved

Had to supply our own toilet rolls. Parking is almost impossible to use as it is so tight. You have to climb out of your car on the passenger side. Very noisy from the bars emptying at closing time. Road noise nad due to single glazing.

Self catering. Comfortable,warm, excellent location , well equipped.

The parking was unsatisfactory. Space very narrow, many cars would have been unable to access it and it involved reversing out across a busy footpath into a busy main road. Also complicated by building works taking place next door.

Cozy and clean

Everything you could need was very close, pharmacy, shop, etc. The landscape is amazing! The people are very friendly and helpful! Clean and cozy accommodation.

the wifi was non-existent - although we had unlimited data it was often intermittent. The parking was tight but we didn't have a problem with it. the fan in the bathroom was very loud and went on for a long time even after the light was turned off. the refrigerator didn't work when we were there, it didn't cool, the freezer was fine. I missed the washing machine - but there is a laundromat 10 minutes walk away.

Perfect location, lovely property

Lovely little flat in a fabulous location right in the centre of Keswick. Clean and well furnished, I’d love to live here 🙂

The bathroom fan has to be heard to be believed 😆 use a torch to avoid turning it on…

Hassle-free

Great find, a hop and a skip away from the main bus station in Keswick. Everything needed was supplied and excellent value for the area. Perfect for a short break in the Lakes for 2 to 3 people.

The 2-bed room may feel a little small for some but minor.

Perfect location and generous sized accommodation

The location is amazing and the property is a very good size. We loved our stay here and would definitely book the property again. Keswick is also the perfect town from which to explore the lakes.

The lack of wi-fi is a bit strange in this day and age, and mobile signal was not great all the time. The property does face onto a busy street so there is some noise, but this did not detract from good sleep. I woke up once to some noise of people leaving a bar, but my partner slept through.

Great Apartment!

Location of the property is hard to beat as it’s right next to the main square. The sofas and beds were comfy (armchair has extending footrest also) and the shower was great too which is the main thing you want when you’ve come back from a long walk. Property was a bit dusty when we arrived (particularly the bathroom) and the car parking space is very small but do-able. Overall though was excellent.

A fantastic property in a fantastic location!

Lovely property - had everything we needed and the dishwasher was a bonus, it’s in a great location fairly central to the rest of the Lakes and right in the middle of Keswick, it was easy to get keys, clean, and the property is spacious with plenty of seating!

The double bed was a little uncomfortable - the mattress could do with replacing soon! Parking was tight but a good challenge!!

Location will always make us go back it's our 3rd time there

The tea cups, so trivial but they're big and chunky, tea gets cold very quick, bone China mugs are pretty tough and not expensive and fridge freezer wobbly needs stabilising, really trivial things nothing that can't be fixed, TV is too small for such a long living room, there is space on the wall for a large tv if you move the wall light, then everyone could see it well, it's a great place to stay, these are just my views I'll be back for sure

We had a great week with short walk to buses and boats. Also excellent weather!

Well furnished in good unfussy materials. The location is excellent for anyone not arriving by car. The flat is comfortable. I can find nothing with which to find fault. I would certainly like to stay there again

In a Central location. Very well appointed and maintained. Well equipped kitchen for self catering.

Biggest issue for us was the poor parking outside the property. Very tight and narrow due the concrete bollards. If these were removed there would be no parking issue. Previous residents have made similar comment. No Wi Fi.
