Perfect central location in Keswick making it easy to access local attractions. Close to a large number of shops and restaurants. Flat had everything you needed for your stay. Be aware there is no parking on site, you have to use local car parks. Would recommend

Communication re key pick up. Had not heard anything by late afternoon the day before travel. Contacted the phone number on the booking and was sent key box number , no other information provided. As we were travelling down from Scotland and had to leave early in the morning we used the get direction link on the booking , which gives directions to property no 5. On arrival my husband could not find no 5 , he was wandering around for ages in the pouring rain , before he saw a key box on no 23 , he tried the code and it opened. We later checked our messages and saw that a message had been sent at 12.30 on the day we were travelling stating it was no 23. Need to give correct get direction info and maybe share key info the day before for those travelling a long way

Good location and size for 2 people.

Noisy pub opposite playing music until near midnight on the Friday evening we were there. Mid week pub shuts at 11pm and was quiet soon after.

Central location near shops and bus station.

Ready for a refurbishment. Clean, bed in 2nd bedroom creaky and not comfy, definitely needs bringing up to date.

The location was fantastic.
