Good location and size for 2 people.

Noisy pub opposite playing music until near midnight on the Friday evening we were there. Mid week pub shuts at 11pm and was quiet soon after.

Ready for a refurbishment. Clean, bed in 2nd bedroom creaky and not comfy, definitely needs bringing up to date.
