Location. Ground floor. Good beds and heating system
The gas hob igniter didn’t work. As we are not smokers we had to go out and buy a lighter to ignite the hob. The oven was filthy. Before leaving we phoned the contact number in the book to advise that the cooker and hob needed a deep clean and repair.

Das Apartment liegt sensationell am Rand des pittoresken Keswick. Wir hatten das Pech ein Bank Holiday Weekend im Lake District erwischt zu haben… Keswick war proppenvoll mit Touristen. Glücklicherweise konnten wir uns ins Flat zurückziehen und uns am Herd selber betätigen. Der Supermarkt Booth liegt nur zwei Fussminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Auch ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr gut und recht gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Zentrum von Keswick mit vielen schönen Pubs erreicht man zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten.
Anstelle des arg in die Jahre gekommenen Teppichs allüberall wäre ein Stein- oder Holzboden schön.
