Location. Ground floor. Good beds and heating system
The gas hob igniter didn’t work. As we are not smokers we had to go out and buy a lighter to ignite the hob. The oven was filthy. Before leaving we phoned the contact number in the book to advise that the cooker and hob needed a deep clean and repair.

Still waiting for an invoice after about 3 weeks of being there.

Good location, and a comfortable place to stay.
Extremely poor communications beforehand. We tried to book parking for two cars and received no responses until we escalated through Booking.com. The apartment wasn't clean and we could hear noises from the stairwell and other apartments quite clearly. The cleaners made no attempt to be quiet in the mornings. We found dirty cutlery, dirty plates, a filthy oven and the freezer was completely unusable due to being choked with ice. Very underwhelmed. Won't book again.
